The room is not big, but it is slightly bigger in the surrounding area. The overall feeling is OK and the cost performance is high. The surrounding environment and transportation are relatively convenient.

The hotel is amazing, very nice. The arrangement is great. When you open the window, you can see the road and surroundings very well. The breakfast is also great, delicious and delicious. The hotel grade is quite high. I will stay at this hotel when traveling with my family next week. Cool

Good location, quiet neighborhood, pretty good and clean rooms.

Lovely, clean hotel in quiet location. Wagram metro station around the corner and supermarket right next door. Arc De Triomphe a 20 minute walk or a few metro stops. The area doesn’t have a great deal of eateries compared to other parts of the city, and lots closed early on Sunday evenings so we struggled to find a place for food after a day sight seeing. All the staff were fabulously friendly and helpful. One complaint was there were no towels in the room. After checkin at approx 9pm we had to ring reception to have two brought up to the room. Another concern was I bought a pair of trainers and some clothes and wore them on the second day. I left the bags and the shoe box in the room, by the side of the bed and these were thrown out by the maids. All purchase receipts were still in the bags too. Unfortunately a small Paris plaque that I also bought was in the bag. As we didn’t get back til very late from a hectic day at Disney, didn’t register they had been removed until after check out the following day. I don’t feel that the maids should remove anything from your room whilst it’s still occupied ! Just glad there wasn’t anything of value or importance in them. All said the room was clean and tidy. Bathroom shower cubicle a little tight, but this is due to the design shape of the building. Would I stay again ? Yes.

We stayed during the Olympics and used the hotel as a base for sightseeing and to attend the Olympic events. We really liked the area and felt very safe. Plenty of good options for lunch and dinner. Walking distance to several train and metro stations, including wagram which was incredibly helpful. Staff were very generous and helpful, even upgrading our room as we were staying longer than typical guests. The cleankng each day was very thorough, shower was a little bit of an awkward shape but fine for a few days. Breakfast was good too. If we were to return to Paris, we'd definitely stay here again. This hotel turned out to wipe the very bad experience I had with another hotel in Paris. Thankfully, I checked out very quickly. Hotel Mercedes is cozy, exquisite and welcoming. From the reception, you’ll have that ‘I am home’ kind of feeling. The staffers, just like any other hotel I have stayed in Europe, have excellent guest relation. The rooms are cozy, spacious bathroom, beautiful view. Another plus for this hotel is that, there’s so much you can see just by taking a walk. So much you can buy, too. I’ll definitely visit this hotel again, and I recommend it 100%. Let me add that, the rates are pocket friendly. Check-in by weekend, so you can enjoy some grand discounts

Hotel room ultra clean! The location is fantastic and the people in the hotel made our stay, a great experience. One of the nicest hotels you could find in Paris with a very good price! Thank you very much!

Arrived around 8. 30 pm on a Sunday night and the member of staff that checked us in was very new and had very little knowledge of the facilities or surrounding area which didn't help these tired travellers. As I have read in some other reviews, the lift is very small and can carry 2 people (3 at a tight squeeze) but if you have luggage then only 1 person at a time. In the morning, after a good sleep we ventured down for breakfast and found ourselves warming to the hotel. It is very quaint but very clean and friendly. The breakfast (included in our booking) consisted of a variety of cerials, croissants, cheeses, spreads boiled eggs etc along with coffee / latte etc from a machine. All in all, quit satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable and contained a fridge/minibar and a safe. All staff were pleasant and helpful. There is a fairly large and well stocked supermarket (Franprix) right outside the hotel and a fair selection of resteraunt/bars in the close proximity. The nearest Metro station is Wagram on line 3 and is only a short few minutes walk away. Not the biggest or fanciest hotel but all in all, a very pleasant stay for our few days in Paris.

I definitely recommend this hotel as a charming and affordable place to stay close to the centre of Paris. The staff were friendly and professional and the room clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the quirky and colourful decor, it makes a change from super neutral hotels I typical use. Not every fitting and fixture was high-end but overall I felt the feel was one of quality and loved opening the window high above a very pleasant Parisian street. Decent bakery across the road and tube very close. Bed was two singles pushed together but that didn't bother me.

We booked the hotel but couldn’t make it due to medical emergency with a letter from the doctor available. The hotel did not even bother to reply to our message where we asked to cancel our reservation. I do understand that the booking was non refundable but a bit of a human approach would have been appreciated
