The hot water stopped working in the middle of the night on January 1st, but after looking into it, I found out that this is a common occurrence in Paris, so it doesn't seem like the hotel is at fault.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice now (once in 2023 and second 2024) and it is a great base to explore Paris. The hotel is really clean, the rooms are compact but have everything you need - great AC, coffee, hairdryer etc. Beds are big and super comfy and bathroom is spotless. The staff are really friendly and are happy to help you with whatever you need. There is a supermarket right underneath the hotel, a bakery opposite and the tube station is at the end of the block. Would definitely recommend!
