Hotel was nice but the receptionist who was in charge of my Check-in was extremely rude and awful. I requested to check in and she asked my name. She couldn’t catch my name and she just kept saying there is no name on the list. Isn’t it normal that you need to ask for spelling if you are the one who cannot understand?? Lazy PIC and unpleasant experience at the great hotel like it.

Very good location, excellent service. The staff undoubtedly provide very good service, especially in the restaurant. 👏

It's a shame there's no gown. You have to ask for a toothbrush, but overall, I'm satisfied. First of all, the soundproofing is not good.

In the seventh arrondissement, it is really close to the Eiffel Tower. It is more than a kilometer walk. The room is generally OK. The service staff of the hotel are very good and can help call a taxi. You can eat all the desserts and drinks on the first floor.
