The hotel is small and beautiful, in a residential area, very safe; close to the bus and subway stations, the location is very convenient. The service staff are also very enthusiastic, and you can see a corner of the Eiffel Tower. The baguettes in the bakery downstairs are good

Very good hotel, not very good location

There is a male front desk staff member who shows his bad mood and hits things!!! It was a very unpleasant experience. If you are considering staying at a hotel, please be careful. When we checked in, we were asked for a hotel deposit of 100€. When we asked what the 100€ was for, we were only told "hotel deposit". We were also at fault for not knowing what a hotel deposit meant, but if they had said something like "It will be refunded at check-out", this problem would have been solved immediately. We were confused because we didn't know what they were asking for money. In addition, the English pronunciation was accented, so it was difficult to understand what they were saying. After a few minutes of this exchange, the male front desk staff member sighed and became clearly angry. He banged his hand on the desk and urged us to "just give me the money", so we put the money on the desk, but he roughly counted out the deposit amount and took it without asking, then waved it away as if to say "I don't need that (extra) money." The customer service afterwards was also terrible, and they used force to stamp, staple, and write with a pen. It was so loud that it echoed not only through the front desk but throughout the lobby. Why did they have to be so angry? I'm shocked that this was a 4-star hotel. Good reviews, many stars, and high prices don't necessarily mean a good hotel. I think it would be better for future customers if the male front desk staff were properly trained. The two female front desk staff were calm and nice. Thank you. I booked this hotel thinking it would be a nice hotel with a view of the Eiffel Tower, but I feel like it's ruined everything. It was the worst and most unpleasant experience I've ever had in my life.

Good location, good breakfast, small but clean room, check in on time, no delay, let's go in first, but when it's time to get the room, it's almost 3 hours late. It's still good that the service staff is good. Smiling makes me calm down a bit.
