The lovely staff are the highlight of this sweet and very comfortable hotel. Great breakfast and good amenities...a really great hotel in a lovely area of Paris. Lovely nice products and comfortable bed. I recommend this place in the Latin quarter of Paris .

This beautiful quintessential French hotel was our introduction to France, and it was perfect. Laurent welcomed us as though we had been there many times, and answered all of our many, many questions. The room was comfortable overlooking a lovely courtyard. Breakfast in the lower level cave was delicious. The service was impeccable, the room spacious, the breakfast delicious - what more could you want!. We loved our introduction to Paris and were so happy we didn’t stay in a larger, more tourist area. This was perfect!

The pure ignorence is outstanding!!!!! We had an incredible and beautiful get away to Paris, even the greeting at the hotel was lovely the two reception staff were very friendly. Its just an absolute shame that it ended with the hotel staff being liers and thief's. Our room had been cleaned on the Sunday and when we went to grab our luggage and our "huge" bag with a personalised imagine we had paid alot of money for on the monday ...was gone! I can't even explain how devastated and alone we felt as the night receptionist refused to help us and just gave us a card to send an e-mail. Crying leaving paris was not how we imagined leaving and it has been gut wrenching. To lower the standards of a beautiful hotel and allow their staff into guest rooms and steal without facing any ANY consequences for not taking responsibility for their disrespectful and discusting actions. Its actual heartbreaking the way we have been treated, imagine being dismissed like you are nothing no care for what has happened. Imagine having the best time then to have it ruined by a low life thief. I'm shocked and in disbelief that we have left the hotel and they have swept everything under the carpet! NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY OR INVESTIGATION!!!!! The shame they should feel for the pure cruel irresponsibility toward two paying trustworthy and respectful customers. Still no replies to our e-mails!!!!!

DO NOT BOOK!!! STAFF ARE THIEF'S!!!! We had art work stolen from our room! We got back late on the on the last night and didn't realise it had gone it wasnt until the next morning when we was packing and leaving for the airport we realised. We quickly ran down to reception and was told there's nothing that can be done! We asked he contact the manager right away and the maids that went into our room and he said he couldn't do that, there's nothing he can do and we would need to EMAIL! We was shaking and crying and he refused to help us!! We didn't have long until our transfer arrived and we literally felt so hopless and heartbroken! The picture was a custom peice of our eyes and was a wedding anniversary gift to each other. Irreplaceable, personal and expensive! It was treat to buy such an expensive photo and had saved months to go to Paris and enjoy our 6 years wedding anniversary. We have sent and email with proof of purchase, photos of it, photos of the bag it was in and asked they check the CCTV and they have responded that they have asked the maids / staff members and they said "they never saw it or taken it" We are disappointed to say the least! You never expect to book a hotel, thats not cheap may i add and have your room violated and your belongings stolen! The only people that could have come in our room was a staff member, windows and doors are all locked! Nothing else was taken just the peice of art, they probably hope it is worth something! It will be worth NOTHING to anybody else! But was so special to us! I hope who ever stolen it, it brings you bad luck and I hope people know this hotel is not trust worthy! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
