The location is great and impeccable. The room is modern and the soundproofing is good. The service is very good, with various details and thoughtfulness. The room type they took us to for the first time was not very consistent with the photos online. After communicating with the waiter, they rearranged the room type exactly as in the pictures. The bathroom is large and has a separate cloakroom, where luggage and changes of clothes can be kept clean and not messy. The fully renovated hotel is decorated in neoclassical French style with high-end color schemes.
The hotel is less than 200 meters away from Xiang Street. Once you reach Xiang Street, you can quickly find the George V subway. It is very convenient! At this price, you can live in a suite of more than 30 square meters in this area, which is very cost-effective in Paris.

We just finished our stay of 5 nights at Hotel Norman and it was fantastic. Great location just a couple of blocks from Arc de Triomphe. We are Hilton Diamond and used points for our stay. We also sent a message early about celebrating our 5 year anniversary and we were upgraded to a corner jr. suite which had a great balcony overlooking the intersection right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from the buffet (fruits, cheeses, etc.) and you can order eggs any way you’d like. Also the bar is very cool and usually empty so it’s a nice quiet place to grab a drink and wind down after a day in the city. There are also plenty of eateries just a short walk away. Lastly the staff were incredible. They always greeted us with a smile and were very helpful with any requests we had. Thanks so much for such an incredible stay. We will be back!

They have the worst customer service l, i travel 3 times per year for 20 years and this is the most frustrating experience ever. And made me pay for a whole new room because they say my 1 year old baby is a security risk and need room for 8000 euro. They also left the door open after cleaning the room leaving my stuff open for everyone, they left a dirty towel on the sink, my brother in law room with no AC for 3 days, they keep laughing and speaking france knowing we don’t understand, all they think about is how they get to make you reserve the empty rooms they still have.

You booked one room for 3 persons via an online booking platform even though you were 8 guest. We did our best to find a solution with the very last available rooms. You asked us to put several children including 1 baby in the same room, which is prohibited by law for safety reasons. When you let us know you though the Air conditioning did not work, we immediately sent a technician. In fact, you were looking to put the AC to 14 °C. It is no longer possible to install such air conditioning systems in new buildings in France for environmental reasons. The housekeeper who was in your room did just step into the corridor to replace a product at turn down service, we are very sorry she left the door open even if she was just nearby. We are also sorry you refused any gesture we offered to try to please you. The satisfaction of our guests is our top priority and we all work daily to offer the best possible service. Fantastic hotel, a real gem - great location and wonderful staff. I will stay again when I next visit Paris. The room was very high standard, spacious and comfortable. Dining and bar experiences were also great, with attentive service and delicious food.

The reception team of the hotel was so friendly and all the staff was helpful and ready for any requests and the location of the hotel was perfect also the hotel is so clean and everything was organized . I recommended the hotel for a nice experience in Paris

Lovely small hotel near the Arc d'Triumph. Recently renovated with comfortable understated decor. My room on the first floor was very spacious relative to Paris standards. There is a restaurant on the street level. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The people here are very nice and welcoming. Special thanks to farid the night receptionist. Very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Will definitely be staying here when we come back to paris. Great location. It is walking distance to alot of shops.
