The location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel were good. It was inconvenient because the heating did not work when the temperature plummeted during the night.

The hotel is old, some of the staff is not very helpful, they won’t give you any plates (as they don’t have them), some of the housekeeping doesn’t speak English and clean your room when you ask them not to, but overall, the stay was ok. Wouldn’t come back though if we have better option for the similar price.

Family trip. The elevator is small, which is understandable. Very quiet room. The room is small, which is understandable. Breakfast is croissants and baguettes, which I can still adapt to. The front desk staff can communicate in English, and the front desk staff is also very friendly. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the Champs Elysees one way.

Convenient location. Small, noisy room, bed with very "used" mattress. Air conditioner not working. Very small bathroom but with a nice shower. For one night it's fine considering the price but I wouldn't have stayed moreover .

Very bad, we arrived early and they did not offer us a room just 1 hour after check-in. They were very unpleasant at the reception, giving all the other guests who arrived their key. Delivering it to us at 3:20, when check-in was at 3. In addition, from 7-8 in the morning they clean the adjacent rooms with a vacuum cleaner and making too much noise. No one speaks Spanish and it seemed like that was what bothered them. We will never return
