Great hotel, WE stayed here for three nights, and we had a room on the last floor (6th) with a nice view on the rooftops. Room was small but very cosy. No noises, we could sleep very well. Considering I am 1.9m tall, the bed was of an appropriate size and comfortable. The bathroom was new and clean. There was a niche to put our clothes - rather small indeed but ok for a WE. The hotel is decorated with a very good taste. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was also good, with service at the table (no buffet). All the personnel was really friendly and helpful. Great experience also because the location is perfect and central.

Nice location

The best location of a hotel in Paris. Quiet island, architecturally beautiful, between the Latin Quarter and the Marais, 150 meters from Notre Dame. You sleep very well and the hotel has just been tastefully renovated. This area is better than both the Louvre and Opera, it is much more authentic

Great place. Great location! White, fluffy towels and robes! New plumbing in the bathroom, and a very nice room design!

Excellent location of the hotel, everything is within walking distance, the room is very compact, but well thought out, large bathroom. Hard mattress and pillows.

This place has it all! It’s in a great location where you can walk almost everywhere. The rooms are clean with comfortable bedding! Amazing staff- Hugo, Julie, Winnie and Janet were always helpful and were willing to assist in anyway. After a long day of touring Paris, you come back to the hotel and there is tea time with treats every day to take advantage of! We totally enjoyed our time in Paris and at this hotel and I look forward to going back!!

My daughter & I met with our friends in Paris in June 2024. I haven't been abroad (live in US) in over 15 years and only went to Paris once 20 years ago! I was spending hours at night, reading reviews on hotels & all the different areas in Paris to stay. I decided on Hotel L De Lutece. And I'm so grateful I did! The location couldn't have been better! Isle St. Louis is right between the Left & Right Banks. It is beautiful & so close to everything but less congested than some of the more touristy spots. It is a great neighborhood! We had a rough time getting there, with flight delays & lost luggage, but Nidaa, who worked at the reception the morning after we arrived was so helpful! She was an absolute angel! I was stressed, sleep deprived & not fluent in French, and she helped me with everything re: getting our luggage back & anything else we needed there. Most of the other staff was wonderful as well. Elias, who worked the night shifts was so helpful & kind! Even at 1am! Julie & Annette who worked the front when Nidaa wasn't there were also really helpful. And Ahmed who worked the breakfasts, was so kind & friendly! The beds & pillows were super comfy! The rooms were nice & clean & we loved the view from our window! We would absolutely stay there again!

This hotel is in a perfect location on the Ile St Louis - quiet charming street but moments away from the action. Staff on reception were really warm and helpful and spoke great English but also happy to speak French with you if you can. The hotel is small and the rooms too but super clean with lovely decor. The charging slots for iPhones and laptop next to bed were great . There are lovely shops and restaurants within a block. Highly recommend this hotel !

This hotel is a gem. The location is awesome. We were looking for a hotel in neighborhood that was central, quiet (but not deserted) and Ile St. Louis is perfect. My daughter and I felt safe at night. The lobby is quaint and great for waiting, having coffee etc. Breakfast was fresh with locally sourced products. The hotel prepared breakfast to go for us when we had an early morning tour. The staff, Nida, Winnie, Anita, Julie and others were all welcoming and eager to help. (I apologize if I misspelled names). The hotel was recently renovated. Rooms and common areas are clean. Towels and bedding were quality. At first I was concerned about potential for noise at night because the hallway was small but the rooms seemed to block out any sound, The clientele here also seems to want a quiet atmosphere. I would not look at other hotels if I return to Paris and would hope that Hotel L DeLutece has room for me!

It is with some trepidation that I write this review, since I hope to find space available for us when next we visit Paris. This little hotel (as well as its sister hotel Hôtel des Deux Îles a block away) is superb. The location in propinquity to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Orsay and the Bastille Opera House is perfect! The staff in this intimate, typically French hotel are attentive and very welcoming. The breakfast room is lovely and the food therein is delicious. This is our very favorite hotel in Paris and we only hope that it is not fully booked when next we visit the City of Light.

Hotel L de Lutece is a very high quality small and charming hotel with excellent amenities and very central Paris location. Room (we had upgraded to a larger room) seemed very recently updated with linens, fabrics, and bathroom fixtures all up-to-date and high functioning. Our top floor room was very quiet, especially since it was cold enough for closed windows. Heating seemed to be turned off during the day and needed to turned back on by staff when we returned to the room. Common areas also had lovely welcoming décor. We enjoyed the snacks and beverages offered in the lobby and the delicious breakfasts custom-prepared by Louis in the mornings. High quality food and beverages procured from local shops included fresh-squeezed orange juice, fresh breads and pastries and a full range of “fancy” coffee and tea drinks. Louis had many hot breakfast items available, each delicious! We look forward to another stay at this lovely property.

On Seine, city center, close to all. Friendly, responsive staff. Stylish rms on sm side but essentials to scale. Luscious beds/towels/bathrobes. XL tub. 4.9 wd be 5 w/more coffee, larger cups & visual guide for CoffeeB machine newbies.

Great stay at this boutique hotel. Well-appointed room with robes, slippers, fine toiletries, luxurious towels, and never-ending hot water. Perfectly prepared breakfast each morning (part of my booking but also available as an add-on). Ben and every member of his staff were wonderful during my week there. (And don't miss their afternoon tea by the fireplace...it is an enjoyable addition to the day!)
