I booked a room based on the view of the Eiffel Tower on the hotel reservation site, but they assigned me a room with a view surrounded by dark walls, which I didn't expect. They promised to change it to a view of the Eiffel Tower the next day, but they didn't do anything. And the photo of the front of the hotel is very different from the reality. Don't be fooled.

The hotel is very old and I smelled a new paint during my stay. However, the room is huge and spacious. But it’s not a new hotel

Everything was good

Good location, few walks to the Metro and bus station. The room is cosy,clean and have partially Eiffel Tower view. Staff are friendly and helpful.

During my eight days stay, the cleaning of the room was not done every day, from the carpet to the towels. Curtains were not fixed to avoid day light in early morning. Over a single night stay, anyone would prefer to stay away from this hotel. The service cannot be rated as 4 stars. The staff and management of the hotel are unable to appropriately address the customer issues. Although, relatively common in Paris, in this hotel the guest is not considered as a guest, but as a person whose words cannot be trusted (cleaning requests) and has to suffer bad attitude from the staff. Electrical outlets do not meet international standards. Really, really bad experience in this hotel in Paris. I just moved out to get better luck in a new one.

Nice and well located hotel. Close to the metro. Well frequented place. Friendly staff. View of the Champs Elysees in the corner. Just missing a small toothbrush toothpaste kit.

The room was large, clean and well equipped. The floor creaked when I walked but it was not a big problem. The hotel management was very serious. However, the hotel doubled the tax I should have paid, which was really wrong. I have traveled all over the world and this situation is extremely rare. When I asked the front desk two hours later, the front desk staff corrected the wrong account and explained the reason but did not express any apology. They did not know that their account was wrong, which shook my confidence in the entire hotel industry. In addition, the breakfast was too simple, not like a four-star hotel, and it was not worth the room fee paid by the guests.

At first, the room was very small and we couldn't even open a suitcase. Then when we went to the front store, he actually gave us a room change for free. It was really good. The room was very beautiful and we could see the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel is very historical, the rooms are older, the equipment is average, and the elevator is very small and can only accommodate 2-3 people. The transportation is relatively convenient, and you can walk to the subway station in a few minutes. It's very close to the hotel and feels very safe.

Other than the fact that it was difficult to get the room key and that it was difficult to figure out how to turn on the lights, everything was good. The room was a little small, but it was well-cleaned and you could see the Eiffel Tower on the left when you opened the window, so it was good.

The hotel service and sanitation are good. The room has French romantic characteristics. The room key is actually an Eiffel Tower keychain. The only drawback is that it may rain. The hotel has a certain history. The elevator is too small and can only accommodate two people. .
