Lovely hotel. Though small, it's very new and nicely done up. The rooms are comfortable and cosy.

I made a reservation at this hotel via booking, for 3 nights in November. Later that night 230€ were taken from my bank account, even though I have selected to pay at the property. This option was 100€ more expensive, so I chose to pay more in order to pay later. I immediately called the hotel to ask them about the transaction, their response was that it was “guarantee”. Booking assistant confirmed that my booking did not need prepayment and the hotel did not have damage deposit, so they had no right to take my money. Booking.com did not get back to me with a response from the hotel One day later I spoke to the hotel, explaining that they took money with no right, the website confirmed it and it is like they stole from me. The receptionist got angry and started screaming, said they they will not refund the money unless I cancel the booking and that they haven’t received any message from booking.com regarding my reservation.  This is no way to start a vacation. I have stayed in so many hotels and this has never happened to me. By far, my worst experience!

Newly renovated hotel, small and cozy but really good!  The room is really clean and the decor is really good, I liked their toiletries ;)  It has a very small reception with which is beautifully furnished! A very small elevator that wont fit your luggage but the reception staff are very friendly to bring it up!  Thank you guys.

Moderate European-style small hotel, the rooms are not big, the bed is not big, but it is clean and tidy, it is better to bring your own kettle when you go to Europe, foreigners are not used to drinking hot water as many Chinese.
