Good location. 100m from the metro station. You’ll have restaurants downstairs. Very clean as well. Beware with your booking confirmation , double confirm that your booking with the staff upon check-in to avoid additional charges!

Very small room. I took a deluxe room supposedly with a balcony/terrace. No balcony, no terrace

Tourist hotel in a side street near the Port Maillot metro. Small lounge in reception, and breakfast can be in the cellar. Pleasant staff. There is a very small lift to the bedroom floors which avoids climbing up a winding steep staircase. My room was small but pleasant, with a very good powerful shower in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. Ideal if one is out exploring in the daytime. Bars and restaurants close by.

I have tried to have a conversation with this hotel for over a month. No one gets back to you to answer your questions. I have translated to French and it is still too much bother. They are happy to keep your money though. When I have rang the phone line it is on hold music. What is up with this hotel?!

Terrible stay. Only stay here if there is nowhere else to stay. Service is really poor to begin with. The room is the smallest room I have ever stayed in, and we were in the largest room. The shower only gets to warm at best. It's pathetic. We had water dripping through our lights in the roof of our bathroom. All the drains and fittings and shelves were broken and / or loose. Absolutely nothing pleasant about this place. I would avoid at all costs.

Perfect service and welcome, Jonathan and Milloud are very professional and respond kindly to guests' requests. Comfortable bedding and very clean rooms. Excellent breakfast, fresh produce right down to the squeezed orange juice. An address to remember in Paris as much for its location as the value for money.

Very good location in the immediate vicinity of the convention center, the metro and many restaurants. Small but very well equipped, quiet and clean room. Good well-stocked breakfast. Kind staff. Good value for money in the area.
