The location is very good, very close to the train station, and it is very convenient to take the bus to the Palace of Versailles and Mont Saint-Michel. The quilt cover didn't fit on the quilt, there was no elevator, and the bathing area was too basic.

Never book this hotel, why? I gonna tell you every single points coming!
1. Paid tourist taxes during checkin and got a scam when checked out, luckily I communicated with their manager, make sure you keep the receipt and transaction record from your bank/ credit card, so you won’t be scammed.
2. Water suspension & Water pressure is not enough
If you want to terrify yourself when you are catching the flight in the morning, and during the shower in the morning, water suspended three times. And the water pressure from the tape would be even stronger than the shower…
3. Woke up in 7am even on vacation
Their cleaners will wake you up at 7am every single morning by making hard voices of pulling up the vacuum machine up and down, door slammed for uncountable time.
4. The lift was tiny like toy
There was barely enough space for one big and one small luggage and a tiny Asian girl. Never visit here if you have more than 1 luggage or you are taller than 164cm.

Excellent value for families with kids (we had a family room and it was perfect for the 4 of us). Very near the metro stations, walkable to lots of sights and attractions.

Staff was great. I was able to leave my luggage with them early in the morning and then on check out day leave it again in storage until late in the evening. Room was very small but if you go to Paris you are not going to spend your day inside the room, so that didn’t bother me. Only complain is the bathroom shower is really really small.
The area is GREAT! Right in front of the train station to the Eifel Tower and vicinity.
Bonus is that it has a lift so you don’t need to carry your luggage upstairs.
Restaurants around were great too. I would stay here again.
