All in all, ok, the location and hotel aren't bad. The only issue I had, was that on the first day of my stay, there was no hot water, and I had to wait until the evening to get it running, A cold shower in the morning on a cold day was not what I looked forward to waking up.

Good location, close to the main street but the hotel is quiet to take a rest

Great location. Responsive and friendly staff. In addition to coffee/tea making facilities in the room, you can use the coffee machine at the reception for free. A small thing, but nice.

Rooms for business trips are okay. .

Dated and in need of upgrades/repairs. Could hear everything from rooms next door. Only good thing is the location.

Staff was very nice, courteous, polite and helpful. The bathroom was roomy.The place did not look the way It was featured on website, especially the reception area. could not understand the meaning behind the decor as you enter the front door. Could not use my CPAP machine during the stay. It was a struggle to get my devices to charge. With some modern decoration it could be more attractive. With all of that said, I would stay there again because of location and staff.

The staff were lovely, particularly the Gentleman who booked us in. Breakfast was really nice, and free coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day was a nice touch. Hotel has a great location. Room was comfortable as was the bed. Only reason it wasn’t a 5 star review is because the bathroom could use a new coat of paint. We would definitely stay there again.

The reception staff were very helpful from our arrival and our room was clean and had well appointed facilities. Our towels and bed were changed daily. The bed was roomy and extremely comfortable and they added an extra bed to our room for my teenage daughter. The bathroom had a bath which was a bonus as I was expecting a small shower and this was equally clean, it was winter and I was worried that the room may be cold but this was not the case and it was very warm and relaxing. This hotel is tucked away in a back street just a short walk away from the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triompe so there are plenty of shops, restaurants and a good supermarket close by. It was a lively and busy area by day and night but the hotel wasn’t in a noisy area at all. It was an excellent base for a trip to Paris.

T-Bu the manager, extremely professional and helpful. All staff are very friendly and helpful too. Very clean, petite and chic hotel. Safe and close to everything. Very accessible and convenient. Merci for the great stay.

Nice hotel and location, pretty basic for three star status but nice, elegant lobby. It is ridiculous though that there are zero towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms (mine or my colleagues) and the shower head is a handshower connected to the tub faucet. So it’s mounted at waist height and you have to hold it to wash hair or shoulders! Awkward at best. No hotel should have that problem!

Poorly maintained, bathtub and sink would drain very slowly, resulting in excessive pooling and overflow when showering. Carpets are heavily stained (brown, red, black) throughout the room.

Great location and choice for your stay in the city. Easy to walk to attractions and lots of shopping and dining options close by.

Extremely disappointed. Stayed for a week. Rooms so small could barely open up my suitcases. Old and smelly. They did renovation work the entire time. Starting 8 am with the banging and continuing throughout the course of the day. They set off the fire alarm and had my family climb down 4 flights of dark stairs which were blocked by renovation materials and heavy tarps. Had to argue with house cleaning to get 3 shower towels for our three guests. They thought 2 should be enough. Also was told they had no extra pillows in the entire hotel. Have stayed all over Europe on many vacations. Never is a hole in the wall like this place. Btw, breakfast is another ripoff. 15 euro per day per person. There’s a breakfast cafe around the corner which cost a combined 15 euro daily for all 3 of us. Location isn’t everything. Paris has sights spread out all across the city so you really can’t go wrong staying anywhere.
