I booked a twin room (2 large and 2 small) and was given a room (twin beds and a sofa bed), but the sheets on the sofa bed were very dirty and had never been changed. I just lay on them for 10 minutes. I had itching all over my body and it lasted all night! We stayed for 4 nights and they never cleaned the room and we needed to change the sheets ourselves! All in all, this trip gave us a very bad impression

I was on a business trip near Bastille and chose this hotel. The environment was okay, the breakfast was relatively simple, and the front desk service was warm and friendly!

The room size is good and come with a good balcony. It’s a service apartment with kitchen which we enjoy very much.
The location is very good but in a quiet and safe district. 3 lines of Metro stations are nearby.

When we arrived at 3pm for check-in , they said the room was not yet ready and let us wait for 45mins . After we stayed for two days , we asked for housekeeping for the bathroom. No service for housekeeping and need to pay for extra fee unless u stay more than a week! We want refill the rolled tissues and change the towels,u need to go the reception by yourself.

Nice kitchenette to use. Free coffee/tea in lobby. Location wise nothing to shout about, not many restaurants within 100m radius. Clean and functional.

Very good apartment hotel, the room is a bit old, but very clean, the room is big, the air conditioning is sufficient, it is worth living in such a big hotel in Paris, and it is not far from the subway station.

It was a bit far from the city center with the Eiffel Tower.
But other than that everything is perfect!
The kitchen is very clean and the bedding is clean too.
I was very satisfied with the performance of the air conditioner as well!!

The staff are all friendly. The view of the sky was very good given the 7th floor. Cleaning service is not included and must be ordered separately. It is not easy to get on the elevator depending on the time of day. I was a little surprised when the uncles came to visit me in the shower to check for water leaks on the roof all of a sudden. Coffee is free in the cafe, but the taste was good~^^. Came here after a week of relaxation. Willing to ask again
