The lady at reception is very helpful. Room is not big,but quite normal size in Paris.The hotel is a quiet place to stay and it is always easy to find resturant around.Basic breakfast but lacking of vegetables..

Hotel is perfectly adequate - if you want to be in Montparnasse area. It is reasonable walk to Notre Dame and rest of central Paris. Hotel was comfortable, climate controls worked fine, quiet inside and out. Did not use bar or breakfast area.

The facilities are new and the location is about 10 minutes' walk from Montparnasse Station. The room is small but complete with windows facing the outside. The small garden downstairs is very beautiful, and there is a small supermarket and a drugstore nearby. There are many restaurants near Montparnasse Station, with international cuisines and good value for money. There is also an open-air farmers market to visit.

The hotel is close to Line 13, and it takes about half an hour to get to District 1 by subway. You can take Line N directly to Versailles. There are two supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. Although the room is small, it is clean, quiet and cost-effective.
