This is a true gem, wish we stayed more nights. Just one bus away from CDG airport, walking distance to train stations, the staff was unbelievable, rooms small but clean as can be and very comfortable beds. I will go back

The location is very convenient, only 7 minutes away from the Eurostar railway station! The heating in the hotel is very good👍🏾The room is not cleaned every day but only helps you pick up your things! The receptionist on the day shift was not very nice. There is no table in the room, so it is very inconvenient for you to eat in the room. There are relatively few hotels. They gave us a triple room, but it was impossible to open the suitcase! This is an old-style French building with a five-storey height. There is an elevator and you don’t need to carry luggage. Next time you go on a business trip alone, you can still choose it, but if there are two or more people, you need to consider it.

Super friendly staff, lovely and pleasant hotel

The hotel service staff is very enthusiastic and can consider the guests and arrange the accommodation plan in advance. It also solved the problem of storing luggage for us when we left the store. Very good hotel, not far from the North Railway Station, but very quiet, easy to walk to.

Small, comfortable hotel with a great location, 5 mins from Gare du Nord and 2 separate metro stations, but in very quiet street. Rooms modern, beds very comfortable. Breakfast was traditional French and good. Staff very helpful. Let us leave luggage both before we checked in and after we'd checked out.

Stayed for 4 nights the beds were very comfy had a great sleep every night. Very quiet aswell. The room and bathroom were clean and had fresh towels daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful always a smile on their faces. We purchased a breakfast with a great selection of pastries and cereals . It is Close to the train station a 5 minute walk and a lot of restaurants. Around Made our stay very pleasant would go there again. The hotel is a little tired but still stylish perfect for a weekend stay

A lovely hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff made the stay all the more pleasant. The hotel is a short walk from Gare du Nord, making it an easy choice for accommodation when travelling into Paris by Eurostar. The hotel offers a lovely breakfast with cereal or croissants and a selection of coffee or tea.

Can not understand all the bad reviews, although the hotel was not perfect my stay was comfortable and welcoming. The customer service was amazing, staff super friendly and location was fabulous 😍 Good quality restaurants all around you.

This is a strange hotel, with a huge contrast between the good points and the bad points. On the positive side, this hotel is very close to the two train stations Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. The design of the room was stylish, especially the mirror in the bathroom. If my assessment was based only on theses points, the 3 stars would be well deserved. Unfortunately there are also the bad points. First, it looks like the rooms have been refurbished by a good designer but bad workers. It gives you a feeling of “work in progress”. The door of the bathroom does not close. The sink has no bond. The cleaning is “approximative”. There are apparent nails here and there. We found large used slippers under the bed, which implies the cleaning is not done regularly at this place. Then, we had a big security issue: the staff gave us a key to a room that had already occupants. That means we could have stolen all the stuff from these occupants without anyone noticing. When we went back to the reception, to ask for another room, they gave us another room… that also had occupants !! This type of security issue should just not happen. That is the reason why I cannot give a good assessment.

i thought this hotel was absolutely lovely. rooms are adorable and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. there is breakfast every morning and coffee machines to make whatever kind you like. it’s a close walk to many things like sacre couer and little restaurants. 10/10 would come back!

3 nights booked on the internet for a tourist visit to Paris with my 2 children. Lots of apprehension due to previous reviews. Access to the hotel is simple, a few minutes walk from Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord. The arrival goes smoothly, quickly, the price is the one that corresponds to the reservation. Wifi is available free of charge. Each room has a heater connected to a wall box. The room is small but modern, with a private bathroom including a toilet, a large shower (with cabin) and a sink (and a hair dryer). We had 2 beds, a double and a single. The cleaning is done, quickly but it is done (we found a dirty sock under the bed). Cleaning is not done automatically, but on request from reception in the morning. TV works fine, no remote. We felt good and safe there. We were woken our first night by a fire alarm at 1am forcing us to evacuate to the lobby but it was a guest who had smoked in his room, the hotel had nothing to do with it… The staff is pleasant, smiling.
