They didn’t mention that they have a deposit payment for rooms anywhere and by the time of check in they said that . And I paid the amount (150Euros) as they said it is refundable. I didn’t get the money back yet its been more than 10days .

Today was the last day of our trip and it was the second day in our trip. We noticed something was off and we checked our luggages and all of our money was gone. We never took our money with us since the first day because of the pickpocket. We ask the lady in the lobby she said she can’t do anything. I wanted to see the camera footage they said their manager can’t come because it’s Sunday. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. If you love yourself don’t book this hotel. Besides this the worker in the lobby shouted at me and my mom in the lobby for not saying good night. They are don’t care about you and your safety. Every thing in the hotel is broken even the safety box.

The room was very clean and smelled very fresh when I arrived. It might not be a 5 star hotel but it was clean and comfortable and the location is great too. Definitely worth the price I paid since hostels tend to be the same price but here you get your own room with private bathroom so can’t beat that.

Lovely location of the hotel close to Gard de Nord and Montmarte and the moulin rouge. Adjacent to a Metro station, and walking distance to other more mainline stations. I rented bicycles from outside which were always available on apps and were a great way to get around Paris easily. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants on the street some very next door Late night supermarket just a few streets away. Staff friendly and polite on check in and check out. Room was on high floor, nice traditional property and decent comfy bed and ok amenities. Room was not cleaned the greatest and was quite dusty and pipes were quite noisy through the night however for the excellent value for money and location. This was the only drawback for me and it wasn’t enough for me to warrant escalating to manager or demanding Would stay again definitely - if you’re after luxury this is not for you, however a well priced, safe hotel in a great location - book it!

Not bad.. it’s bit far from Gare de l’est station.

A den. There are no words to describe this dump. Free is expensive. A shoe box, bugs in the beds, shower that came out of the room, strange smells... The House of Terror The only good thing is the location

The room needs a facelift, particularly in the shower area. The mattress was less comfortable than our previous stay and it was too hot. Breakfast is correct and sufficient. Hotel well located during our outings in Paris always for one night only

The service was very cold and the facilities are very old, very different from the photos.

Disgusting hotel! I do not advise! There are BUGS! We spent two nights. After the first night they complained that they were biting. They showed the places of the bites. They didn't even change the number. Then, after leaving, they sent me a medical certificate from the doctor. No response from the hotel.

Good but deserves some adjustments and refurbishment. Good and good bedding. Value for money

It was very good without more the photos on the site are not the same but it is welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect for visits .... not expensive very peaceful. OK

If you want to book this hotel go to Google Maps and search for their location and read the reviews, don't expect to get a penny refund even if you don't stay a day. The owner of this shop just doesn't want reputation, no evaluation, just money, don't ask him to take the money out of his pocket. The location is in the tenth district with poor security. There are no attractions around and the bedding is not clean and there are bed bugs. The hotel management staff has a very poor attitude and is unwilling to communicate and solve any problems. In short, it is a nightmare. You can find better hotels on the South Bank for the same price, and there is no reason to recommend staying unless you want to experience the most annoying part of Paris.
