Overall, we had a good stay at the Gardette Park Hotel and the staff was really really nice. The area around the hotel is good with many cafes, some restaurants and bars and basically walking distance to everything north of the Seine if you don't mind walking a lot on your city trip (we certainly don't mind :) )
However, the beds could be more comfortable and the single beds were not perfect as they easily moved, creating a gap inbetween them..
Furthermore, when we arrived we first had a room in which the door lock did not work, we were changed to a new room without a fuzz. However, the new room sadly had no view and the window faced another wall. We didn't mind that much as we only slept there anyways but after having a cute french balcony in the first room, that was a downgrade :D
Nonetheless, I think we were quite lucky with this pick and couldn't have had a better hotel for our money.
