Location is very convenient. Concierge service was good. We stayed for 2 days 1 night and the hotel provides necessary toiletries (no toothbrush). Overall, I will recommend this hotel for people who just going Paris for a short stay. (Max 2 nights)

There’s nowhere else you want to or need to stay if you’re on a 5-7 day trip to Paris. It’s safe, cosy, clean and so ideally located to everything, what else do you need? The room is super comfortable, put aside being spoilt all those years with big space on holidays, you should be in your room to wind down after a long day and have a great sleep, CitizenM delivers that and more! I will not stay anywhere else in the future ❤️. Eiffel Tower/Trocadero (22 min walk), Champs Elysees (3 mins walk), Louvre + Jardins (15-20 mins) etc etc

Location is near M1 Line Franklin D Roosevelt exit Excellent place to stay for best shopping destination in Paris. Room perfect for business traveler but may be too small for family of 3 Would definitely stay again when I go back to Paris

The staff of this hotel are very friendly and the location is very good. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the rooftop bar. There are different restaurants and shopping places near the hotel. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the Arc de Triomphe, great!

The room is the same as the picture, but it is very small, but it is very close to the subway station and convenient for shopping and sightseeing. We stayed for two nights, and the room was not cleaned during the stay, but the hotel staff were very friendly

The room is a bit small, but overall it's very good. Except for the small size of the room, I don't think there's anything wrong with it. I don't know if all nearby hotels are like this. The front desk is also good, and there is a Chinese check-in interface.

Room quality is far from the order

The rooms are a bit small and some have a bit of sewer smell. The environment is okay except that the lights in the bathroom have no normal color. The price is very good for this location.

The location of the hotel is very good. The Champs Elysees is just outside the door. The subway station is about 200 meters away. The facilities are very good, but the room is relatively small

A very typical American-style hotel, friendly, convenient and user-friendly. The key is that this location is so advantageous. Restaurants, supermarkets, Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe are just outside the door. I will choose here again next time!
