Amazing hotel with exceptional service. location is alright, about 10mins walk to concord metro. very quite street right next to the American embassy. the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I got a cake, champagne and small gift from the hotel since it was my bday. They made us feel very special. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is outstanding, and the location could not be better! Accommodations were beautiful and very spacious, and the hospitality was the highlight of this property. The staff are professional, friendly and the service was impeccable. On the last day, I had the opportunity to visit an exhibition and when I return to the room, Youn (our buttler) has written a kind message with a portrait from the exhibition. I was really impressed with the attention to the details! The place to be in Paris and have the best experience!

The breakfast is pretty good. It's not a cafeteria. It's a one-by-one set meal. Extra money is added. An extra bed is available, but the king size bed is really big. The location of the hotel is very good, just near the Eiffel Tower, but if you don't choose a view room, you can only see the street view. The design and collection of the hotel lobby are the highlights. Don't miss the small garden, it is very beautiful. As far as the room is concerned, it can only be said to be average, and the service is indeed very good. When checking in at the front desk, there were Chinese receptionists, and the communication was smooth. Overall it's pretty good.

Club lounge services are first class. Especially Gillers and Leo who gave us a detailed introduction of the lounge. The atmosphere and foods are delicious. I stayed at this wonderful hotel, located in the West Bank area of Paris, a charming area of the city. Bel Ami is within walking distance of numerous cafes, a glorious old cathedral, and not too far from Notre Dame. Uber can take you everywhere if you're not up for walking. Accommodations - room was simple, but nice and clean. The windows actually opened :) Bathroom was decent size, with a nice shower, with good water pressure! Coffee maker, refrigerator, safe, complementary water (refreshed daily), big chocolate bar :) Small, but full service bar in lobby area, separate dining room where I had breakfast, which was an amazing hot buffet (eggs, sausage, etc), and the CROISSANTS! I didn't use the spa, but it's right there on site for a massage, etc. if you're inclined. I cannot compliment the hotel staff enough - beyond my expectations, from the servers in the dining room to the front desk staff to, especially, the concierges, who were so very helpful with everything. Just really NICE people here.

We just returned from a fabulous stay at the Peninsula Paris and our time there was so special that I feel compelled to write this review. This is a top-notch hotel that goes above and beyond to make your trip unforgettable. Let's start with the staff - Rana at the front desk, Nicholas and Paul at the concierge, Jose at the valet, Volica in housekeeping, and Imran as the greeter (to name a few, but certainly not all) - are the kindest, most helpful and amazing people I have ever come across. They not only made our return there so good, but they also left an impression on our 7 year twins that they soon won't forget. The concierge was able to get us coveted reservations at some of Paris's hottest restaurants and boutiques. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The food was unreal - the daily pastry basket at breakfast, the dumplings at Lili and the chocolate - are all a must!! Me and my husband have traveled a lot, stayed at many fine resorts, and this is truly at the top!

*** recommend avoiding it at all costs*** The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Its proximity to the shopping district and other land marks is convenient if you like walking. Unfortunately, everything else is not worthy of even a 4 star hotel let along 5 (current rating). The room is quite small compared to other hotels we have been in, even based on Paris standards. The inside temperature was very warm with no functioning AC - we requested a fan but were given a broken one in which the blades barely rotated. So we were left with one option - being outside as we felt more refreshed outdoor. Breakfast was a joke, I highly recommend getting it from the nearby cafe/restaurant as you are only entitled to one plate ( 2 sunny side up or eggs of your liking) + 20ml of orange juice and a croissant with dry bread. You can easily get a much more decent breakfast elsewhere for less.

The service at the front desk is very good and I changed the change for 20 euros. I brought the 200 euros. This kind of consumption is not accepted here.
