The location is in the city center, very convenient nearby, close to the subway station, next to many restaurants, department stores and supermarkets, the Pompidou Museum is also nearby, you can find a shared bicycle nearby, it is recommended, the only one is criticized Place.... Stayed for three consecutive nights, and the sheets were not replaced. Should it be environmentally friendly? Still lazy...? Albergo senza pretese in zona Bastiglia, vicino alla metro. Ascensore minuscolo, stanze piccole ma pulite, saponi non forniti. Le camere sul retro sono tranquille, purtroppo le camere sul fronte strada sono rumorose a causa di schiamazzi notturni ( ci sono locali ) ed è difficile riposare. Gli infissi non trattengono i rumori, basterebbe sostituirli per modificare notevolmente il comfort. A pochi metri un forno/pasticceria fantastico, dove è possibile fare colazione e oppure uno spuntino, anche salato. Ci tornerei se fossi sicuro di soggiornare in una camera sul retro del palazzo.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Gardette Park hotel. While the room was on the smaller side, which is to be expected in Central Paris, it provided ample space for me. It would also be suitable for a couple, as long as they don't have too much luggage. The bed was comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the highlights of the room was the balcony, which overlooked the beautiful trees of Gardette Park. There was a coffee maker in the room, along with a sufficient supply of capsules, tea, and a kettle. Additionally, the reception area offered a tea, coffee, and chocolate machine, which guests could use at any time. Although I didn't choose the breakfast option, there were plenty of nearby alternatives available. The quiet atmosphere at night ensured a restful sleep. The lady at the reception (she speaks English, French, and Italian very well) was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, making my interactions with the staff a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a close proximity to excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and a vibrant city (including night) life. While I didn't prioritize visiting major Paris attractions during this particular trip, they were only 30 minutes away. For those arriving from the airport (I personally used Orly and departed from CDG), the nearest metro station, Richard Lenoir, was a convenient 10-minute walk. However, if you have a substantial amount of luggage to transport, there are bus or Uber options to minimize the walking distance. Overall, my stay at the Gardette Park hotel was delightful, and I highly recommend it.

I was robbed here and the employees facilitated it. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I was with a large tour group, and three hours before we were supposed to leave after a ten day long stay, a strange man forced entry (forced? was let in?) to 15 or so of my group’s rooms that we know of, possibly more, if not all. I was robbed. My laptop and iPad were stolen and so were my roommate’s headphones and portable charger, as well as a little bit of cash left on the desk. My suitcase had been rifled through and my belongings strewn about. The hotel desk worker actively made it as difficult as possible to report it. He would not call 112 for me, or translate for me since I do not speak French. He blamed our own tour group, he blamed me for not locking it even though I did, he said their locks could not be broken. Once I finally got ahold of the police, he still would not translate for me and actually lied to them about what happened, according to one of my friends who spoke some French. He would not let us see security footage of the man who broke into the rooms and told us that the manager “would review it in the morning”, conveniently after we would have already left the country. He watched over my shoulder as I was tracking my devices and made phone calls in a language that was not French any time he snuck an update from my phone. They still have not called me with any information, and I don’t believe they will. How else would a stranger have access to so many rooms of just our tour group right before we were supposed to leave if they had not been let in? I had locked my door and had the one and only key they gave my roommate and I with me when it happened. They even barged into rooms people were present inside of, and the employee did absolutely nothing about it. The manager never showed up. Before being robbed, I did not particularly like the hotel in the first place. The rooms themselves were tiny and our bathroom toilet seat had cigarette burn holes in them. All in all a very bad experience with terrible staff who organized for our rooms to be broken into and burgled. Disgusting. I know theft is commonplace in Europe but for it to be so blatantly obviously facilitated by the hotel was infuriating and I could do nothing as I watched them drive away with my devices. Do not stay here. They will arrange for your stuff to be stolen and try to blame it on you.

Absolutely perfect- beyond perfect! I cried when we left. We’ve been to Paris a few times and stayed in the area, and love it, but this was our first time with kids. We had ‘The Room’ that is used on the photos and it really really is like that. That view! The place had a great vibe, with staff and other guests being warm and welcoming. We loved the shared fridge and kitchen- perfect for our kids who will only eat cereal for breakfast! The location is perfect. Right next to a lovely play area for kids, Anvers metro station is outside and the Sunday street market that filled then boulevard was great! The room was lovely- very nicely decorated and the kids loved the bunbeds. Loved sitting on our little balcony and enjoying that view. I can’t even write how perfect our stay was. I’ve never seen Paris look so beautiful and we can’t wait to return.

The hotel is in a really nice position very close to the metro station of Jaurès that can get you basically everywhere. The place was clean and there is the chance to leave there your luggage if you come to early for check in or if you need to leave it after check out. That earns the 2 stars in my review. Unfortunately this was probably my worst experience in a hotel. Checking in I was told that we got an upgrade and, instead of our view on the city we got what is supposedly a better room facing an internal wall. I must say that I am not sure if that was really an upgrade because it didn't feel like it - and this makes me wonder what would have been a regular room. Rooms are poorly insulated and I could hear perfectly what was going on in the rooms next to our. The cleaning was good, but unfortunately the cleaning lady forgot to close our door and, when we came back to the hotel in the late afternoon, we found the door open. The only answer we got when we reported the issue was ”oh, that's not good” - indeed it isn't. Growing up in a similar business I have been taught to do what it take to make happy your guests and I found odd that I couldn't get a couple of spoons when I asked for them (”breakfast is closed now so we don't have spoons”). All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The price doesn't match the service.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel during my 4 day visit to Paris. the friendly service, the cleanliness, the delicious food, the pleasant atmosphere (nice music, calmness and politeness from Sasha, Patrick, Isabelle and the women who take care of the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast). very convenient location, as well as proximity to a metro station. Kleines Touristenhotel mit rund 25 Zimmern. Das Hotel liegt in 2 Min. Fussweg zur U-Bahnstation Pernety, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind jedoch sehr klein. In unserem Zimmer hatte es kaum eine Ablagefläche, geschweige denn einen richtigen Schrank. Rund um das Bett 30 - 80 cm, das wars… Die Dusche war ok; für die Duschkabine darf man aber keine Platzangst haben. Eine enge Treppe führt in die Obergeschosse; der Lift ist ebenfalls klein. Der grösste Mangel im Hotel ist aber der Frühstücksraum. Für eine solche Anzahl Hotelzimmer nur 22 Sitzplätze -＞ das genügt einfach nicht. Es kann nicht sein, dass man morgens um 8.30 Uhr zum Frühstück will und dann fast eine Stunde in der Hotel-Lobby warten muss. Das Frühstück selber ist relativ spartanisch. Das Hotelpersonal dürfte auch freundlicher und kompetenter sein, angefangen bei Receptionspersonal bis hin zur Bedienung im Frühstücksraum. Alles in allem kann man dort bei einem Städtetrip übernachten - bedingungslos empfehlenswert, na ja….

I was debating between a 4 or 5 star review but had to go with 4. The hotel itself is located a short 3 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro station. The property is very nice and the staff was excellent, English was really spoken as were many other languages. The breakfast was excellent, I'd recommend the package with breakfast included. Two reasons for the one star reduction. First, the hotel has 2 elevators. One was foam when we checked in and had been for some time. Having one elevator in a hotel with 118 rooms becomes problematic at busy times and we waited for 5 elevators more than once. It looks like either the elevator was damaged by water or mechanical or a renovation was planned, but.. I think it was the former as a renovation is done and workers are present and the situation scheduled. This was just a sign and apologies. The second issue was one evening we came back to the hotel from a day out all day to find our bathroom had 1 towel, not a full size but a bath mat sized towel. We were informed their towel service didn't return the towels that day. We baked and a second small towel showed up but, that was not well planned out. The GM did apologize profusely, but it seemed like poor inventory control to hand zero stock on hand. Otherwise, great location, fantastic staff, rooms are decent sized and well appointed. Ask the staff for recommendations on restaurants and cafes, they are all knowledge
