Hotels near Parc Street Workout - Les Hauts de Malesherbes, Paris

The hotel is great and great. The arrangement is great, the road view and surroundings are very good after opening the window, the breakfast is great, delicious and delicious. The hotel grade is still quite high. I will stay at this hotel next week with my family. Cool

Surrounded by residential areas, it is relatively quiet, there are supermarkets and drugstores nearby, and about 10 minutes walk to the subway station and train station. The front desk service is good and patiently helps us find the right way to travel.

Although only open for a short time, the Tribe was a good find, a friendly welcome, efficient checking in and our room was ready. The on trend decor in the reception lounge area is carried through to both the corridors and the bedrooms. Crisp white bed linen and a well appointed room alongside a decent size bathroom, but no bath, possibly going to have to have a change of name to shower room but that’s a debate is not for here! The staff were all friendly and effecient, in house supper the first evening was very acceptable, avocado and salmon on sourdough fair value for money. Our need for an extra nights stay following a train cancellation was met with continued good service, checkout was also problem free. It’s obviously very early days for this new establishment and there is understandably a few finishing touches to be addressed but nothing that won’t be won’t be done promptly and the Tribe is definitely on my “must return to list”. And for the record, it’s a very short list! Wishing the Tribe and the staff all the very best for their future.

Hotel was fine, rooms clean and comfortable, neighbourhood just ok ! 10-15 min walk to the metro. Takes about 50 minutes or so (couple of metro lines) to the sights of Paris centre. Just one complaint from us, after contacting the hotel to ask if our 2 rooms could be together as we were travelling with 3 kids, they confirmed the would be next to each other but on arrival they were in fact on different floors and at opposite ends from each other so couldn't have been more further away !! It was fine though as we just used the hotel as a place to sleep and was out from morning till late....

I stayed one night on my own, first the positives: room was clean, bed was comfy, didn’t have any noise overnight, the rate is cheap. But, I had some issues. The bathroom (only that for some reason, not the room at all) smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The bed side light on one side was broken - no problem as I just slept in the other bed, but would have been a pain if I stayed with my husband as we both like to read in bed. Also as others have said they area isn’t that great, but I was visiting a friend who lived locally so that couldn’t be helped. For me the most frustrating thing was the service. It took 30 minutes to check in, and there were only four people in the queue ahead of me. It was really frustrating. It looked like maybe the systems were slow and also maybe the guests ahead of me had some tricky requests, but 30 mins to wait was just too long. Also I left my phone charger, and the next day emailed the address from my reservation confirmation - I was told it was fine to just go to the reception. Which I did, but they couldn’t find it. I was told I was too late as the cleaning staff had gone home and to come back on Monday (this was a Friday and we left Paris the next morning - I had moved to a different hotel by then). I’m sure they’re not the only hotel to have this system, and possibly the cleaning staff hadn’t found or stored it - but it seems to me a really basic thing to ask cleaning staff to put any found items somewhere accessible so that front office staff can quickly retrieve it for guests that come back to collect forgotten belongings. All of us will be travelers with limited time, and I think it would make sense as a simple way to offer a better customer experience. Also, the head office which received my email could have simply passed on my request so that it was received in time, before the cleaning staff staff left, or let me know that I had go before a certain time. I know it was my responsibility in leaving it, but after taking time out of a short Paris trip to go back to the hotel, it was so frustrating to be told that it could not be found and to come back after the weeked.

We had the best time in Paris and Sub Hotel was the perfect choice of hotel. We stayed in Room 12 which was a family room and it was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff where so friendly. When we checked in a lady was on reception and she gave us lots of tips of ways to get round on buses ect. The area the hotel is in is perfect. There are so many beautiful bakeries and shops in the vicinity. Such a quaint place. Transport is brilliant just a one min walk from the train station. If I come to paris again this would always be my chosen hotel and area to stay in. Thank you Sub Hotel and all the staff.

Supermarkets are nearby and transportation is convenient as there are trams and trains. Close to Rer. Rer has a relatively long dispatch interval. The downside is that transferring to the subway is somewhat complicated. If you are touring around the Eiffel Tower, accessibility is excellent. The hotel is a facility that is faithful to the basics. The bedding is good too. The bathroom is also convenient. It's practical. The desk receptionists are also friendly. and. There is a microwave. You can also heat up simple dishes.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Gardette Park hotel. While the room was on the smaller side, which is to be expected in Central Paris, it provided ample space for me. It would also be suitable for a couple, as long as they don't have too much luggage. The bed was comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the highlights of the room was the balcony, which overlooked the beautiful trees of Gardette Park. There was a coffee maker in the room, along with a sufficient supply of capsules, tea, and a kettle. Additionally, the reception area offered a tea, coffee, and chocolate machine, which guests could use at any time. Although I didn't choose the breakfast option, there were plenty of nearby alternatives available. The quiet atmosphere at night ensured a restful sleep. The lady at the reception (she speaks English, French, and Italian very well) was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, making my interactions with the staff a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a close proximity to excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and a vibrant city (including night) life. While I didn't prioritize visiting major Paris attractions during this particular trip, they were only 30 minutes away. For those arriving from the airport (I personally used Orly and departed from CDG), the nearest metro station, Richard Lenoir, was a convenient 10-minute walk. However, if you have a substantial amount of luggage to transport, there are bus or Uber options to minimize the walking distance. Overall, my stay at the Gardette Park hotel was delightful, and I highly recommend it.

We stayed at GW for two nights. Montparnasse station and Danfer Rochelow station are about 13 minutes walk. Since the airport bus departing and arriving at Montparnasse station is gone, it is very convenient to be able to go to the airport without changing by RER from Danfer Rochelow station. The subway is about 8 minutes from Gete Station. Since it is a hotel on a big street, the surroundings are bright and you are not afraid to walk at night. Moreover, it is quiet at night. It is convenient because the monoprix grocery store near Montparnasse station is open until 23:40. One of the male staff at the front desk was surprised that he was good at Japanese. In addition, he was very kind. Breakfast is served with baguettes and petit size croissants, pan o chocolate, pan orezan in a basket. The baguette was delicious. Drinks can be served in a pot with coffee, tea or chocolate. Orange juice is also available. Then there are a few kinds of shelves of Financier, yogurt, jam and cheese. I thought I would go out to eat if breakfast was too much, but it was enough. Due to the depreciation of the yen, the hotel in Paris for the first time in 4 years was very expensive, and I was worried about where to stay, but I chose this place and it was the correct answer. There is a classic elevator and the rooms are large enough. There is no refrigerator in the room, but it was a very good hotel considering the price.

My husband and I stayed in a Superior Double Room for two days at the beginning of March. We had a wonderful view of the park and the Eiffel Tower. The room is beautiful to look at, but a little damaged in some parts (for example the shower). The biggest problem of the room was the ventilation system, as it smelled of the drain several times. The cleaner does her job, as she cleans the room daily, but the problem is exclusively ventilation. I might also point out that you can hear the chairs being moved in the bar in the room. I would also suggest that a different choice of breakfast be made every day, as it was the same breakfast twice. However, I would like to conclude by praising the staff, who were friendly at all times.
