While the resort location is good and close to the Athirappilly falls, the rooms had spiders and cockroaches in them. The staff however was the worst service. We were 9 of us with 4 kids and preordered (at 6 PM) dinner was given at 10 PM, cold and just thrown at the table. Extremely disappointed by the service and kitchen staff.

Nice to be here for one day.every staff specifically manager Antony is very helpful. Thanks 😊 moreover rever view is excellent from property and easy to enter.. rooms r to some extent worth for what v paid.
