Didn’t have room keys for us. Lost our reservation. Rude front staff. No complimentary breakfast for everyone, but if I signed up for the FREE rewards then I could have the complimentary breakfast - just seems like a lot of extra steps for ultimately the same thing.

Was here 6/6 -6/8 for a wedding. The room was dated, mattress was shot (felt springs in my back) plus it caved in to the middle. Pillows were awful and old. Room had an odor ! This place needs and it rooms are not indicative of the Marriott brand. My friends staying next door ran out of toilet paper. Went to the front desk and they said we’re sorry housekeeping isn’t here and offered them a few tissues. Oh and when the AC kicked on it sounded like a jet engine. This place was awful - I highly recommend you search for another hotel. Awful experience !

I was disappointed by the hotel because for the 2 days out of my 4 day stay there was no wifi connection. I kept checking with reception and they said they are resolving but it was never resolved. This was very inconvenient as I was there on business and needed wifi to work, and also as a foreigner needed connectivity to communicate. Second, there is an AC noise that comes up every hour for a few minutes. It was very loud and kept interrupting my sleep.

Our family had a big gathering of over 20 rooms at the Marriott Park Ridge. We absolutely loved the location, amenities, staff and dining. All of our family celebrations going forward will be here to create more memories! Thank you for a welcoming weekend.
