JJacob HortonA beautiful homestay in an amazing mountain pass setting. In China, homestays are a bit like upscale bed & breakfasts. The family has upgraded their property to a really beautiful hotel, but they run it and serve meals. This means you get the best homemade Chinese food. Absolutely fantastic. They have a pool, a hot tub, a gane area, a bar, and of course, you are not far from Tianzhushan. Can't recommend this place enough.

GGuest UserVery friendly old couple who runs the accommodation. If you inform in advance upon your arrival at Tianzhushan entrance area, they will fetch you. I had dinner at the accommodation as well. It was 25 yuan for a big portion of beef fried rice and I was satisfied from the meal. The couple loves to have a little chitchat with you if you are up for it! Lady boss offered side dishes such as their homemade fermented tofu for me to try while her husband offered me 白酒(49% alc. wine) if you are open to trying. Generous and warm couple. Just let the lady boss know what you feel like having for breakfast and she will prepare it for you. The wontons were good, and she very accommodatingly added an egg and some extra leafy vegetable upon my requesy. Room was comfortable and clean, will recommend to stay here!

GGuest UserI’ve stay in qianshan and tianzhushan area for 14 days. This is the best place out of all I have lodged. Staying there for 4 days to visit tianzhushan area. The host is a friendly and generous person. Not only that he take care of me, worry for me, he also send me to all the attractions without any charges where transporters will charge you for a hike up. He worried for me overspend although I am able to and he realised in the end. He tried to get me the best price for all the attractions. A very kind and friendly person. The renovation and cleanliness for this place is fabulous. The scenery from the balcony is the best in tianxianxia too. Directly facing tianzhushan. I very recommend this place people. I thank the host for taking care of me.

Each of them has a very sincere, active and temperature-sensitive service. Especially the front desk 💁🏻♀️ received Ms. Xiao Hu, the service was particularly in place, called in advance to ask me what special needs I had, arranged a very satisfactory room, and maintained the service at any time through WeChat. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is very rich and the restaurant is also very high-grade.

The lobby is bright and spacious, and the rooms are simple and comfortable. The front desk and restaurant service are warm and attentive. The breakfast and dinner are delicious, and the value for money is excellent.

GGuest UserBecause the child strongly asked for ”own room”, the parent-child room with attic was directly locked. Stayed for 2 nights and felt quite NICE! The room has floor heating and air conditioning is not cold at all, and the attic is even warmer. Facilities are all available and the bathroom is clean and odorless. I thought I was still in my own home when I slept in the middle of the night...

GGuest UserThe service was very good. They arranged a non-smoking room. They called to inquire about their needs before checking in. The service was very good. The children rested well. They also provided children's slippers and toothbrushes, which was really thoughtful. I will definitely come again if I have the chance.

AAnonymous UserGreat location, very close to the cable car up the mountain.
The room was very clean, the only downside was the slightly small towels, but nothing else to find fault with.
The food was also great, they both served great dinner (even though we came pretty late) and breakfast when we woke up earlier to go up the mountain.
The service was also very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful and also offered to give us a lift to the cable car in the morning.
Overall a great location, food and service. Can absolutely recommend to people planning to travel up the mountain.
