LLynne MilneWarmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

GGuest UserThe hotel is newly opened, very clean, decorated and atmospheric, the room is very spacious, the layout is reasonable, and the bedding is particularly clean. Breakfast is included, the breakfast is also rich in variety, very similar to our taste, there is a small garden on the first floor downstairs, it is very colorful, you can sit there and drink tea and enjoy your leisure time. The front desk lady is particularly warm and the service is good and thoughtful. The price is reasonable and will choose again in the future.

From the beginning of check-in, the front desk lady was very enthusiastic, not only quickly helped me complete the procedures, but also intimately introduced the room facilities and surrounding play guides. The rooms are warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft and clean, and the details are handled in place.
The most surprising thing is that the hotel also presented a super rich afternoon tea! The exquisite snacks and the beautiful scenery outside the window instantly wiped out the fatigue of the journey. Such intimate service really makes people feel full of sincerity and intentions.

The environment is beautiful, the room is bright, the breakfast is good, and the most important thing is that there is a pick-up service, which is very convenient for taking the elderly to travel. The room was spacious and bright with a well-planned layout, and all appliances and bathroom facilities were readily available. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The gym, lounge area, and other amenities are comprehensive, making it convenient whether you're relaxing or traveling. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next stay and highly recommend it to everyone!

I decor was lovely with nice art, flower's and teddy bears. A real cute feel.
The room was cleaned daily. New clean soft sheets each day was appreciated. The bed was soft and comfortable. Air conditioner was appreciated. The WiFi worked well. The lounge was comfortable to use.
The room snacks were tasty. I loved the ice creams from the foyer. Providing bottled water was appreciated.
The breakfast was filling. I found the fruit such as watermelon to be so tasty.
A high quality washing machine was helpful.
The location is central and handy to lovely restaurants, a park, banks.

GGuest UserMy stay at Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Fuyang Powerlong far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by its grand design and elegant atmosphere. The front desk staff Wang Yating and Yao Sihan are very enthusiastic and the check-in procedure is fast and efficient.
The rooms are beautifully decorated and give a warm and comfortable feel. The bed is very soft, ensuring a good sleep quality. In addition, the view from the room is also very good, especially at night, you can enjoy the beautiful city night view and river scenery from the window, which makes people feel very comfortable.
In terms of location, the hotel is close to Powerlong Shopping Plaza, making shopping and dining very convenient. Moreover, it only takes about 15 minutes by car from the hotel to Fuyang Xiguan Airport and Fuyang High-speed Railway Station, making travel very convenient.
In short, this stay is a perfect experience. Whether it is business travel or leisure vacation, Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Fuyang Powerlong is an ideal choice. I would highly recommend it to my friends and look forward to coming back next time!

113806813The hotel has a great location, surrounded by thriving commercial areas. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. The breakfast is plentiful, and the local Fuyang specialties left a deep impression. They even served complimentary stewed white fungus soup in the evening. The service was warm and attentive; Kally at the front desk proactively upgraded us to the executive floor. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

JJiafeidatuziThe hotel's facilities, location, and cleanliness were all excellent. The room we stayed in was on the 6th floor, which provided a great view. The only downside was the cleaning lady who also worked as a room attendant. Because I really liked the smell of the toiletries, I asked her for two extra bars of soap and lotion, and she seemed unhappy and impatient, which was really annoying.

CCJLIUConvenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.
