GGuest UserA friend recommended this hotel, saying it was the cleanest with the warmest service in Hepu, so I decisively chose to stay at Lavande Hotel. It was indeed a very comfortable stay. The front desk lady was incredibly welcoming, offering us fruit and even helping us take our luggage directly to the room – it truly felt like a home away from home. Our booked room included breakfast, and the breakfast area had a great ambiance. We woke up early for breakfast and even got to watch the sunrise from the restaurant. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and I particularly enjoyed their 'Lao You Fen' (old friend noodles). I would definitely choose to stay at Lavande Hotel again when traveling.

The front desk service was warm, the procedures were fast, and the surrounding food was actively recommended. The location is excellent, the taxi is ten minutes to the high-speed rail station, the price is full, come back next time!

It's been open for a while, so the rooms and amenities show some signs of use, but they were very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the curtains were great for blackouts, so I slept very well. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers was very welcoming and helpful.

GGuest UserBringing children to travel and choosing this hotel. It is especially convenient to park at the door, and it is not far from the high-speed rail station. Opposite is the canteen to buy snacks for children without running far. The hotel is clean and tidy. Many of the TVs for children are free and very smooth. Next time I come here to travel, I will still choose here.

GGuest UserAfter comparing several nearby hotels, I felt this one was the best. The building is newer, has an elevator, and the elevator is very fast. The room was clean, the blankets were very white, and there was no odor. Cleaning was also prompt. The landlady and owner were very welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
