1. When I checked in at around 21:30 that night, I asked for a quiet room, but the room was still very noisy (the windows were not soundproof, by the road, there were more large cars in the past, and the cleaning staff started to drag the floor of the corridor very early in the morning (did not see the time, about 8 o'clock) and started to make a noise), wake me up. 2. The kettle in the room is bad, can't boil water, walk to the front desk (the room has no landline phone), and finally change one. 3The bathroom shower is damaged, leaking, and the dry and wet are not separated. The bathroom is full of water in the bath. There is no plastic slippers. There are disposable cloth slippers. It can't be worn after wet. It is also very old to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. 4 The paid food placed in the room is about to expire and still available to customers (after checking in at night, I didn’t pay attention). I ate two boxes of instant noodles. I was uncomfortable in the middle of the night. Finally, I found that the shelf life of instant noodles marked was August 25, 2025, and it expired in 7 days. I communicated with the front desk in the morning. I still charge my fee for the $6/box consumption.
