GGuest UserThe hotel environment was excellent. After we placed our order, the front desk proactively contacted us, providing the exact location and sending a driving guide video. Upon arrival, a young man was there to guide us to parking, help with our luggage, and escort us upstairs. The room was clean and tidy, with a charmingly child-friendly design, and they even provided disposable toilet seat covers – a thoughtful touch that our child loved. The room was completely odor-free, and we slept soundly through the night. The hotel also helped us with the hot spring resort tickets. Overall, a fantastic experience! We even got to drink tea brewed by the owner himself.

This hotel has its own restaurant. The taste is okay, but the price is on the high side. I don’t think I would go there again. Second-rate

After asking, we got an ”upgrade” to another floor and got a nice and clean and fresh renovated room.
The staff took forever to process our registration, never had that before...
The staff was friendly and professional in every situation. The security guy was very lovely and kind. Not so the lady at the breakfast buffet, but maybe she had a bad day...
They stored our bicycles in a room in the lobby. Thanks for that.
The hotel is a little away from the centre but there are some restaurants and shops around.
