GGuest UserThis hotel is close to the train station, but far away from the center of Ningming. The buses are hard to find, and a bus stop is close, but it is impossible to know when buses are available. By chance, there are many tricycles that can bring you to the center at low prices (some are cheaper, some are less cheap). The reception in this hotel doesn't speak English but they are friendly. A few cheap restaurants close to the hotel but more in Ningming. In 2017 I found a cheaper hotel in the center but it was impossible to find it again. At that time the tricycles were more funny to take from the train station to the center, see the photo, now it looks like they have all been renewed by more standard vehicles. One thing has not changed : if you take a bus to Pingxiang, be sure to waste time at the security checkpoint between the two cities, take the train...
This city is growing very fast and the center has changed a lot.

GGuest UserHengyue is not a hotel strictly, but a small hotel type around the train station (but it has five floors). The operator did not publish enough photos of the public area on the booking page, which may cause dissatisfaction after the arrival of the online booking (see the notice on the online booking can be unconditionally unsubscribed). But there are many advantages to looking at Hengyue Hotel room fairly: The room is large and has a high ceiling, and the indoor light is fierce; WiFi and air conditioning are excellent; the indoor hygiene is good, the bedding is dry and soft, and the floor is spotless; the manager of Yunnan is sincere to serve guests, and the small requirements are remembered in my heart; most important, the price is super high. Two shortcomings I feel: the public area is messy and dark; the room bathroom is too small, the facilities are too simple to deal with. Overall, the room of Hengyue Hotel is comfortable, and it is a good choice for travelers who value the price.
