Great
GGuest UserThe location is near the Rhine River, with a superior geographical environment, quiet and comfortable, large hotel rooms, complete facilities, and affordable prices; it is very close to Ness HBF, convenient transportation, and not far from Ness HBF, Düsseldorf Railway Station and Düsseldorf Airport. It is convenient to take a taxi. The nearby town is also very beautiful, a different scene
GGuest UserOverall the trip was good. We visited out of season so the hotel was fairly quiet. stayed for 5 nights. Like a few reviewers have commented, we booked a queen/ double bed and upon arrival to our room discovered we'd been given the key to a twin room ( two single beds) however upon being informed of the error by my husband, we were quickly moved to another room that was spacious and had the most comfortable bed that I've slept in, in a long time.
Parking wise, because it was out of season we were able to find on street parking with no issue and public transport was easy enough to access near by. We got the train into Dusseldorf and Koln during out visit.
The gym is basic but enough if you want a quick workout and the pool is a reasonable size, you just have to watch out for other guests who think it's appropriate to take their phones poolside. The sauna has hot coals and was nice and hot, but the lockers in the ladies changing rooms didn't want to lock and one ate my coins.
Food in the restaurant was nicely done but drinks in the bar a little pricey ( but I think most hotels are like that).
HHuifeideyubuyoudeniaoThe hotel is very general, lunch and dinner do not even have a restaurant, there is a bar in the bar to eat, a bottle of water is sold to 6.2 euros, I feel that I am robbing money, not recommended
GGuest UserIt may be a good place for people who drive cars, and it is a bit biased and expensive for people who use urban transportation. It is a three-stop shopping and of course, walking is also possible.
GGuest UserThe hotel is far from any infrastructure such as restaurants or shops. I was forced to eat in the hotel in the evening with my colleague. A very, very meager selection with high prices. I want something to eat after work. Dishes from €20 upwards, Angus burgers and lamb chops etc. are not for employees who are away during the week. Sorry, this is something for the weekend with the wife and children, but not something during the week. It would be nice if they offered normal dishes for the guests and a bit more choice than 3 dishes in the main course.
On the subject of cleanliness: Our room was generally clean, but the sink in the bathroom was not OK. There was dirt on the edge of the siphon, and there was dirt and chipped chrome in the overflow. Just disgusting.
WWindersThe room is large and comfortable, but it is far from the station and half an hour to Düsseldorf Central Station. Breakfast is good, you can taste a lot of European style breakfast
