The basic room is really basic. There isn't even a kettle... It was barely given any attention; the entire shower wall was covered in mold, which could have been cleaned. 360 turn to grab toilet paper. 2 head hits on the shelf above the bed… The whole property lacks design thinking. I'd say they're more focused on renting it as a whole, for weddings, etc., than on the individual experience, which is understandable: location, space, competition. But 3-5 details would make a huge difference. :) Nevertheless I think the other rooms are much better. They were just a bit tired, end of the season. The pool is fabulous; we were allowed to enjoy it after checkout, which was very appreciated, considering our flight was at 5:00 PM. The breakfast is excellent; thank you, Camila, for the delicious scrambled eggs and friendly chat; the rating went up that morning. 💫 But we won't be returning or recommending it to our friends and family.

The service in the hotel was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and nice. Champagne on arrival and also for breakfast as it was my girlfriends birthday. The pool was also incredible and the beds all around the pool were so relaxing and never full up too! Breakfast was also superb! Overall the staff was what made the stay so nice, even though the property is absolutely beautiful itself!! Cannot recommend enough, if looking for a beautiful, chilled, calm stay with an amazing pool, luxurious room, 5 minutes to beach and 3 minutes to all the restaurants in Centre! Hope to be back someday!

Perfect, very clean, attentive, great spa, I want to repeat, there is a swimming pool around the villa, it must be spectacular to be there in summer and be able to have lunch and dinner in their restaurant. Please note that I left my tablet in the villa and they were very kind to keep it for me and the reception staff were very friendly

Beyond our expectations! Courteous, friendly, and very polite staff. The food was excellent and varied, both for breakfast and dinner. Very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed 6 nights and were delighted! I highly recommend it!

Hotel very nice, located on a large area, clean rooms, modern because renovated, good breakfasts. There could be more beautiful beds with mattresses above the pool, these were quite uncomfortable and ancient. Besides, no charges.

El personal es muy amable, las camas muy cómodas. La habitación con la que puede ser unida por un puerta cerrada con llave, permite que todo se escuche de una a otra habitación.Sugeriria ponerle un guarda polvos para evitar un poco eso. La comida deliciosa y muy variada. Los precios del bar son accesibles. Si regresaría al hotel nuevamente, sin duda.

I had some worries before I went, and the experience was very good after I went. There were quite a lot of people in early May, basically white, occasionally two Asian faces, mostly Koreans. The front desk English is very good and the explanation is very clear. You can wear a bracelet as a key and a payment voucher for half a package. When you leave the store, you can cut it off. Different colors represent different types of guests. The hotel is in the southeast corner of Mallorca, next to cala egos, there is a bus stop and Taxi station at the entrance of the hotel, and it takes about 1 hour to drive to the airport. I don't know if I thought cala egos was a private beach in the hotel, and it was very convenient to play in the water. The jelly sea is beautiful, very beautiful, quiet, very suitable for vacation. The decoration is more modern, the room is also very large, the suite is sent a large bottle of water every day, the balcony is next to the pool, the cafeteria is above. The hotel has various activities at different times of the day. You can see the arrangement table at the front desk. Basically, there are performances in the water bar every night. White people gather there to drink and socialize. The theme of the cafeteria is different every night, and there are many choices. Disadvantages: The bathroom is a bit anti-odorous, and the bath water is salty (water filtering). But it can be ignored.

During my stay (April) was cold weather and heating was not working. Everything other was excellent. Price/quality, food, entertainment, hotel staff, etc.

Hotel is very clean, the all inclusive food is about the standard of a 3 star hotel. What we ate was fine, plenty of choice. We did eat out a few evenings out of choice which we planned to do anyway, but overall the food was plentiful, hot and good enough. The noise from outside the hotel woke us up early each morning. First night, a gardener cutting the trees woke us at 8am. Second night, cars using their horns around 8am, this is by no means a hotel fault! It couldn't be helped. Third night, which sounded like a cleaner using a vacuum as early as 8am? On the last day at 10.15am prior to checkout the cleaner walked into the room expecting us to be out, we were semi dressed which was slightly embarrassing! Surely cleaner shouldn't be going into the room until after the 11am checkout time? The close area to the hotel is very clean and lovely, although on a cold, cloudy day, we struggled to find something to do within the area as we had already visited the marina the previous day. I wouldn't recommend this area for children as close by there is very little else to do other than beach or swimming pool activities. If I were to stay in cala d'Or again I'd consider renting a car so we had more freedom to visit further. Overall, the hot is fab, we really couldn't complain at all for the price we paid.
