Biarritz Hotels with Free Parking.

Hotel stay was comfortable but the room service allowed yourself to forget about the evening service for three days. Bedding was changed once every three days... but smile and politely promise.

An enjoyable stay at this lovely independent hotel.( I think it is part of a small group of hotels, but St Julien is not like a chain hotel. The bedroom was lovely and spacious with a very comfortable king size bed.  The en-suite shower was walk in ( very easy for oldies like us) and with modern fixtures and fittings. Breakfast which can be served in the dining room or in the garden was a plentiful continental offering- lots of choice and all delicious. All the staff we encountered were efficient and friendly. Hotel is situated a short walk from Les Halles and  approximately 20 minutes walk to the seafront. We so enjoyed our stay that we booked for an extra night. .

The hotel is new! The rooms are large. Everything is compact and convenient! The staff is responsive and friendly!

We had amazing experience with Mercure hotels before, as we stayed in Marseille and other cities. But Biarritz Mercure President was perfection choice. We loved the hotel hall, tasty water for guests, nice elevators, we loved our spacious family room with amazing coastal design, great bed and fantastic set of pillows, nuxe refilled products. Good shower flow, good toilet function and nice a/c. We had all we need like safe, kettle, iron, laundry service, ready to help reception. Special thanks for nice breakfast space with terrace and various continental breakfast. Also it’s perfect option for those who rent a car there is indigo parking in few steps, and free parking 500 m walk, as you prefer.

The hotel is clean and well located. Only the bemol, we were on the first floor and the isolation was not perfect, we could hear the cars, bike, and passing that were making noise during the night.

Structure well located to reach the city on foot, clean apartment with panoramic sea view. Large outdoor pool beautiful and clean. Being a residence and not a hotel they do not provide daily room cleaning. Convenient parking in the structure at the price of €8, we did not try breakfast.

Atrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered. Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time. At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave. At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here. This hotel is the ”Fawlty Towers” of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.

L’hôtel est super bien placé et très reposant . La vue est superbe. L’hôtel mériterait une petite rénovation , mais tout le reste est super . Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et le personnel est très à l’écoute et gentil.

L'appartement mériterait quelques travaux de rénovation. L'accès par les couloirs ne sont pas propres et la propreté de l'appartement en lui même est un peu limitée. We tested the indoor pool, which would deserve a person present to clean the soil regularly...
