The hotel is strategically located just a stone’s throw away from Rennes train station. The welcome is professional and friendly, the standard room is very correct, there is nothing about cleanliness. There was only a leak under the sink, but the front desk moved us to another room. We were one night and we were a family of 5. The apartment that gave us was very good, the best thing was that it had two separate bathrooms and a shower that being 5 was very easy. The apartment was spacious and we were happy, it has a parking right in front of the door.

It looks like 700 meters from Ryan Railway Station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Ryan Old Town. The size of the hotel room is OK, the facilities are relatively simple, basically nothing, the towels are thin and washed off the hair. This price is not worth it.
