GGuest UserEverything was fine except for the behavior of one employee at the reception—a lady, though I don’t want to mention her name. Also, in the room, there’s only one bottle of water provided, even if there are two guests. And if we ask for another bottle, they say we have to buy it. We’re paying £87 per night just for an overnight stay, and yet there are no additional services—not even complimentary water.

GGuest UserWe stayed there over Easter holiday. Finding the hotel was easy. There is a ski slope right opposite the hotel which is good for something to do. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment but the gym, steam room, swimming pool, and sauna were in good condition. The sauna was always packed so we ended up waiting for people to leave. The bar was nice. Overall it was a good stay.

GGuest UserI stayed at the GO2 hotel last night and overall had a pleasant experience. The tariff was really reasonable; the service was good, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Since it’s a two‑star hotel, I didn’t expect many amenities, but refreshments were provided, which was a nice touch. The heating was comfortable—something I really appreciated after a bitter experience at a Holiday Inn in Bristol.
Both the room and the bathroom were clean and tidy. The location is ideal for business trips, with easy access to nearby areas. There is on‑site parking available for £4.

It is a self check-in so some guidance in terms of do's & dont's, along with what amenities/facilities are available or something to explain the check-out times & some sort of contact in terms of queries could help.
My room was in basement (was not given any option nor knew it before I turned up at the hotel) & it was a bit smelly despite a good clean. Again, since I didn't know who/how I could reach out to about it, wouldn't say that was the best of the experiences.
