The service was great, and they were very responsive. If possible, please use fresh water for the pool. All the pools felt salty, and I'm not sure what the concept is there. Staying in the 3 bedroom villa... it's just a shame that the AC in room C is cold, room A is okay even though it's not that cold, room B isn't cold at all... it's really nice

The place is delicious, I think that I ordered a tip of 2 floors because it was full on the weekend, but the hygiene is not like the table with a lot of dust, the bedroom air conditioner is not cold, the bathroom is also smelly and dirty

Only the private beach and pool are the only things that make me happy here. The AC in the room is not cold, the phone in the room cannot be used, the sink leaks and the room becomes flooded, the room is not given air freshener, the receptionist is not responsive, the signal in the room is difficult, the hotel wifi cannot be accessed from inside the room. I will not want to go back again, sure.
