This hotel is located very close to the airport, only about 1.8km away. The hotel facilities are very complete, and the staff are incredibly enthusiastic. We were heading to the volcano and didn't have time for breakfast, so the hostess thoughtfully swapped it for dinner, which was a pleasant surprise! The room was very clean, especially spacious, and the air conditioning had been adjusted. It couldn't get super cold, but it was perfectly adequate.

They offer free shuttle to/from Juanda airport. The people are always nice. I always book this hotel whenever my flight schedule is in the morning. They would provide breakfast in a box if you couldn't afford the time to enjoy it at the hotel which is superb.

Location near to airport and the price most important is very reasonable. Will be back

The place is easy and not complicated, the service is very friendly

When it is with the child because it is narrow .. the room is also clean. The bathroom shower is also broken, so the water leaks when it is used for a shower. When it is used for transit, it is not bad. There is no drinking water in the room, only a kettle of water and a cup.

The front desk lady doesn't understand English. There is a drop-off service. It's not bad to find a place to stay. It's close to the airport but not noisy. The environment is worthy of this price, but not bad

very good for stay with that price but one thing the owner need to improve is aircond because it’s not cold as it supposed to be

Rooms clean and service good. Receptionist very good behavior. Reasonable rent also.
