the room is really comfy, the breakfast was great, but i hape there’s another option for the savory one, especially the western food. the coffee was really good even though it came from a coffee machine, i got a 7th floor room and the night view was great, also really close to Graha Pena, there are a plenty options of food there, so if you’re hungry at night, just walk for 15-20 minutes and you’re arrived for me the location was great, near to airport and some of bus offices, but in front of it was a train track, so even at night it kinda noisy, the room isn’t a soundproof room, i can hear a lot of noises from the room besides me

This is foreigner,'s view, not by locals. I have been 7 cities and towns throughout Sumatra and Jawa as low budget traveller's. And about same price ranged hotels, this one is most clean and neat. I'm not sure but I feel Surabaya is higher standard in Indonesia.

hygiene: quite clean, just lack of maintaining the bathroom part starts to bark even though it is still thin. Facilities: complete, there is a swimming pool on the 5th floor with a comfortable vibes for relaxing and relaxing, just that there is less lighting at night, if you add a hanging cafe light, it will be more beautiful. Suggestion: With a fairly sufficient investment, it can be maximized by the employees to work more professional than the workers, so they will be able to use the time for general cleaning. The hotel photo tag promotion on instagram is already good, more in the application when guests check in can be re-sound. The check in procedure was not efficient and meant we had to wait for several hours for a member of the team to come and check us in. The office kept putting the phone down as they did not speak English but would also not WhatsApp to arrange check in. A lady on the front desk for the hotel assisted in translating. Once checked in all was fine. Gym good also. Deposit of 200k, returned at check out.
