GGuest UserLocation was really good , the roof top view was the showstopper of the property. As we were travelling with an infant we found the staff very helpful with preparing the meals for the baby. Arabian sea view room was excellent.

GGuest UserUnmatched staff! Every person was pleasant and kind. It is great for families with kids as there are activities and plenty of recreational spaces. The staff do a good job of cleaning but the humidity creates a musty smell. Perhaps something the hotel can deal with. Airport pick up and drop off should be free (it isn’t though). We would go back because of the welcoming staff and ambience.

GGuest UserThe properties location was very inconvenient. The road leading to it is pretty bad. No driver wants to come and if they do, they charge extra. Very difficult to get a ride back but almost impossible to get a ride to somewhere from the property. Food on the other hand is pretty amazing. Definitely one of the best restaurants in kerala. The rooms are awesome but in our bathroom there was sewage smell and it never went away even after cleaners cleaned it. Seems to be coming from the bathroom drain. If the road was great and washroom was good i would definitely rate it 5 star.

GGuest UserThe Coast View hotel felt a bit dated, but it was generally clean. The TV wasn't working, but it was fixed immediately. The breakfast buffet and restaurant were delicious, and the staff were very helpful.
Unfortunately, I didn't receive a detailed statement of my credit card payment at checkout.
Despite multiple email requests since returning home, I haven't received a detailed statement of the total amount, so I'm confused about what was charged to my room and how much.Could you please attach it to an email as soon as possible?

GGuest UserI liked everything very much) the breakfast, of course, is a bit meager for a European, but overall there was something to eat) the rooms are great, and the private beach is just awesome. The staff is 1000/10, at night they helped me call a taxi to the airport! In general - for its price you won't find better, I recommend it to everyone)

GGuest UserWe were in Kovalam at this property for a week. First things first, the rooms we got were nice, had a decent balcony overlooking the front of the property, the air conditioning and hot water worked well. It is really close to a wonderful beach, some small shops and local food joints and only a short walk away from a quiet beach and spots that you could enjoy.
The property itself had a lot of work going on, so I can understand that they were preparing for a major tourist season and it might become better. The pool was dry and I was hoping that I'd get to enjoy some pool time but that did not happen. Perhaps due to the low tourist season, the restaurant had limited dish choices but the food was good. The staff is very sweet and nice but the hotel can do with some more thorough upgrades with housekeeping, such as providing fresh towels timely and so on. Otherwise, the hotel is nice but my family and I felt that for the price we paid, we could have gotten more for the price. Nevertheless, it is a good and decent hotel, I wouldn't keep high expectations. It will certainly get 10/10 for it's location and sweet staff.
This is not to reflect on the hotel management or staff directly or negatively but it would be nice if they set ground rules for some big tourist groups they get, particularly the Gujarati tour groups, in reminding them of maintaining the calm and quiet on the property. Again, it is more about the tourist behavior than anything on the hotel itself.

GGuest UserGood Stay I booked Non AC room .they are charging extra for early check in. For my booking check in was at 2pm I reached at 7.30am.They provided a room at 8am and charged 500rs. And the next day the check out time they gave me at 12pm instead of 2pm for this also they charged 200rs. In total I spent 1700rs for that day which costs for AC rooms.
Check your check in and check out times plan accordingly.
