GGuest UserI had gone there for some official work, stay was just ok. The rooms are small and not well lit, it feels something like a wedding palace, congested corridor and not well kept. Wifi was not working. I ordered a coffee which was excellent. I missed the breakfast. But stay is ok

GGuest UserExcellent pool, good service. Wifi does not reach cottages and the area has very little mobile coverage. Should place a shower next to the pool so rinsing before and after is easier. It's evident that the owners of the resort are interested in investing properly in the place. Just a little bit more is needed to take it to the next level. For example, working ac remotes, extra towels, a place to easily dry swimwear.

GGuest UserLocation good, room and washroom are considerably spacious. Breakfast was given in room only (on order) and not served buffet. I paid charges for a breakfast buffet (approx inr 800) but was offered in room breakfast. Neat room and bathroom, clean towels. Overall good experience, recommended for business stays.

GGuest UserIt was a normal stay at western. Infrastructure is good, though certain amenities given in my room were not functional. Even door bell, do not disturb features were not functional. Further, we experienced some service issues

GGuest UserWe had great experience staying at Lotus Grand AKM. We were auto upgraded to much better rooms with excellent service and amenities. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The service was also unparalleled. We booked two rooms and heard excellent feedback from everyone in the family. The bathrooms were also in pristine condition making the stay even more comfortable and definitely recommendable.
