If it is not tampering, how did the general review of 3.5/5.0 come from? This kind of hotel purchases recycled bottled water in bottles and cans without Trip.com washing the floor, right?

GGuest UserWe stayed here for three days and we were fully satisfied with the service. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. They even helped us with our luggage as we have so many bags with us and dropped us to the station and waited for our train to arrive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tidy. Breakfast was amazing and very delicious. Also regular food was amazing. I stayed in many hotels but never experienced such wonderful hospitality. We genuinely enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend this hotel to other people. Thank you bellevue for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

GGuest UserGood location. Well maintained, recommended for solo traveller's. Staff response towards your needs is excellent. Cleanliness is commendable. Restaurant is available with limited space and seats, also they have dedicated underground parking space for your vehicle. This is the only negative thing i found during my stay at this hotel. Once again, i definitely recommend hotel grand pragati for solo traveller's.

GGuest UserThere were a couple of issues, 1) in nonsmoking hotel, some people were smoking in their room so the lobby was stinking 2) jet shower was not working properly 3) cobweb and mosquitoes were in the room

GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean. Amenities were up to mark. The front desk and service were good. Bedsheet was clean, but fabric was not the best. Heated water was not available for bathing. Some issue with the heater.

Just one thing, when get into room, a used towel put on the bed, I assumed this used towel shall used hy previous guest but house keeping forget took away.
