Here's a review/guide: 1. Honestly, the location is quite remote. The last bus from Chitose Station is at 4 PM. If you're coming from central Sapporo, you'd probably need to leave by 2 PM. I left at 3:30 PM and missed it, ending up paying 14,000 JPY for an Uber. 2. The service, however, was excellent. Upon arrival, they inform you of dinner times, and for breakfast, you can choose between 7 AM or 9 AM. 3. There's also a 9:30 AM shuttle bus to the airport for 1,300 JPY, but it's annoying that they only accept cash. So, I took the free 11 AM shuttle that dropped me off at Chitose train station instead. 4. You can see a picture of the dinner menu (Photo 1). Breakfast is similar to dinner, just without sashimi and with tofu instead. 5. They mentioned a beautiful sunset, but I didn't get to see it. It's probably best to arrive early. 6. There's a pretty lake nearby. I took a quick look in the morning, and I personally think it would make for great photos, especially if paired with the sunset the hotel mentioned. 7. The onsen (hot spring) is private. I didn't try any others, so I can't comment on them. 8. There really are deer nearby! I saw them twice when they drove me to the station in the morning, but unfortunately, the car was too fast for me to get a picture.

Exceptional Private Onsen & Hokkaido Flavors. Overall Impression: A perfect blend of convenience and cozy. Despite the bustling atmosphere and classic, dark decor, the private onsen and dining experience make this a standout choice in the area. Hightlights: The room: Spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a private outdoor onsen. Soaking in the heat while snow falls is pure magic. Features like the ”His&Her” sinks and an in-room massage chair make our stay more comfortable. All complimentary in the room adds a thoughful touch. Dining: The buffet offers and impressive variety of local dishes alongside beautifully plated mains. Even when busy, the staff sustematically managed the seating, ensuring we enjoyed the stunning winter views comfortably. The Hokkaido cheese pizza and dessert are absolute must-tries. Location and Service: Perfectly situated in the heart of the sightseeing district, with famous sweet shop right nearby. The complimentary valet parking and polight, perfessional staff made our stay seamless. Observations: Atmosphere: The common areas can feel a bit crowded due to its popularity. Design: The room interiors are a bit outdated and lean toward very dark tones, and notably, Netflix is not available on the in-room TV. Note: Windows are fixed; ventilation is managed via the onsen balcony door. Verdict: Highly recommended for foodies and onsen lovers who want to be the center of the action.

The Good: - Room is big (enough for 3 person). - Toilet & Bathroom are Separated. - Have Stove, Microwave oven, utensils, etc. - Easy to rent car as there are many car rental shops nearby. - only 1 station from airport. The Bad: - No people stationed after office hours. Need to use tablet at reception to talk to a ”Cloud Receptionist” thru' web call. - Their speaking English is not bad but thru' web calls is not exactly clear. - The door safety guard lock is already broken (see picture) when we arrived. Reported to the ”Cloud Receptionist” but he is not able to help after having difficulties explaining to them especially the web cam is not working when I call. Unable to show them the photos. They asked me to email the photos to them but their email inbox is full & got delivery failure. After a long waste of time & knowing they are unable to help (they try to), we just forget it. Hoping that the PIN of our room door is not known by others as it is the only security that lock the door. - There is a step just before the ”beds” (which are just mattresses on the floor) caused many tripping. - No shops nearby that can buy food. The walk from Minami Chitose station is ok about less than 10mins but the ground is a bit uneven & empty at night. Not easy if luggage is big & alone.

For Japan, the room wasn't small; it was actually pretty good. You could easily open two or three suitcases without any issues. For a 'pigeon-coop' hotel in Japan, you can't ask for much more. The lady at the front desk and a slightly plump guy were both very enthusiastic and had excellent attitudes. I went during a very sensitive time, and there were absolutely no problems. I'm not sure if they spoke Chinese or English, so I can't comment on that. The hotel is not far from the JR station, maybe a 10-minute walk. Breakfast is served at the izakaya next door, which was decent and filling, and they even offer airport transfers. If you need to go to the airport, this is definitely the place to book. Otherwise, if you're coming from Hakodate or some other remote place, it's quite a long journey, and if you miss your train, you might have to wait several hours for the next JR. Staying here in advance is the safest bet. The only minor drawback, if I had to name one, is that there aren't many shopping centers or entertainment options nearby, and it gets dark early. If you're flying home, you absolutely, positively must book this place!!

The hotel is easy to find. The receptionist was a very polite and well-mannered elderly gentleman who helped us check in, confirmed our airport transfer time, and reminded us of the precautions for using the hot springs. The room was indeed small and showed signs of age, but it was still clean and tidy. As a temporary accommodation, we were quite satisfied. There's an Aeon Mall just five minutes away, with a wide variety of goods at reasonable prices, much cheaper than at the airport.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of major attractions. Although the room is small, its modern minimalist design is thoughtfully laid out, maximizing space and making movement easy. A nice touch is the provision of two-piece pajamas for guests. The buffet for both dinner and breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a comfortable and well-designed stay with great dining choices.

About or less than 10 minutes walking distance from JR station. The hotel also nearby Aeon which less than 10 minutes walking distance. It's a quiet place. The hotel with onsen and shuttle bus to airport service. The shuttle bus service must be booked once you confirm the hotel booking because it is just a 8 persons van which will be running out fast. The breakfast is normal with Japanese and Western style. The toilet is a bit small but the room consider spaces for 2 guests with 2 big baggage. The hotel straightly check in time is 3pm. All guests are waiting in the lobby until 3pm to get the room key.

Nice hotel, we stayed there for just one night during a layover. The room was a bit small, even by Japanese standards, but that was expected. It was very clean though. There were lots of amenities available at the reception, which was a nice touch. The receptionist spoke good English, so everything was easy. The area is great as well, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. If you have a layover, I’d definitely recommend staying in this area, it’s very close to the airport, just a few bus stops away.

The hotel has a new wing, and I was lucky enough to stay there. The room was spacious with a small living room. The refrigerator was small but had both freezer and refrigerator doors. The bathroom was separate, but I was a bit surprised that there was no sink in the toilet. However, it was very new. There was a coffee machine on the first floor, available for self-service from 3 pm to 9 pm. Although it's about a 7-10 minute walk from the station, it's a hotel I would stay at again.
