The hotel staff were very nice, and the environment was truly beautiful. We came on a road trip in August, and although it was very hot, it wasn't too hot on the mountain. The place was spacious, and the indoor hot spring was excellent. The kids loved it too, and we will definitely stay here again next time.

Our short trip was wonderful! From the private onsen soaks, the tranquil views, the delectable food (black truffle shavings done table side was quite the treat!), and the extremely attentive staff, we couldn’t ask for more. I will say the location is rather remote but that is what we wanted - no distractions. We would stay here again without hesitation. PS: do the 5 course wine pairing with dinner - it’s worth it.

The location is a bit remote and you need to take a tram. You can reach it by bus or taxi; the natural hot spring is worth experiencing. The hotel owner is very kind and the meal is delicious. In addition to the natural hot spring pool, there are 2 family styles to choose from. 👍

The environment is comfortable, quiet, and peaceful. However, the facilities are rather basic, with limited choices. Dinner needs to be booked 3 days in advance. There are no supermarkets nearby, so you have to drive to town to buy takeout. The open-air bath is excellent; you can see the stars at night.

Hotel rooms are very clean and calm. The food was good, with good content and good taste.
