Nasu Hotels with Free Parking.

When checking in, I used the tablet check-in, but I couldn't complete the process. I tried to use the tablet to contact staff multiple times, but it just kept ringing for over 30 minutes without connecting. Eventually, I had to use my smartphone to get help. I really hope this check-in process can be improved to be smoother. Also, there was a planetarium projector, but no dedicated console to operate it, so we couldn't use it. When I inquired about it, being told ”it's usually on top of the fireplace” wasn't very helpful. Other than that, we had a very relaxing stay. Thank you.

It is a wonderful place where you can experience Mongolian culture not only in gel but also throughout the facility. It was cheerful with snow, but the heating in the gel worked well and I was able to spend very warm. The toilet was always clean and not crowded. The hot spring was at a good temperature and I enjoyed it slowly with my children. The meal was delicious in the morning and evening. I was able to choose the meal time in the first half and second half at check-in. If you want to avoid congestion, you should ask at the front desk which is better. I was happy with the warm customer service of the employees.

I used SANU Nasu 3rd for the first time. The room was very clean and the outdoor bath and sauna were very beautiful and impressed! The big desk and nice sofa in the center of the room really made me feel comfortable, and it was a lot of fun to eat and watch movies around the big desk! I thought it would be nice to have tableware and cutlery cooking equipment and make something in the room. I used a lot of outdoor baths and saunas, so I had a lot of bath towels and face towels. However, although there was shampoo rinse body soap, it was a little disappointing that there was no face washing or lotion. You need to bring it and bring it firmly. The bed was also very good with a wide 々 and a fuzzy bed.

The room was spacious and clean, which was great. Even though it was just a stay without meals, we were able to use the lounge in the evening for alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, and snacks! However, the serving times were a bit short, so it would have been even better if there was drip coffee in the room. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

Excellent value for money, the tea set and tea in the room are very good, the hot spring is basically a private venue, especially the daily breakfast and dinner are full of rituals, the ingredients are rich, the taste is very authentic, the only problem is that the waiter's English level is not high, it is best to communicate in Japanese

Pepe Rosso are specialized at French full course, the food are very delicious. Especially the dinner, the seasonings are very nice and our belly are full and happy~ The owner, Mr.Uehara is a very interesting person with a very interesting life where you can definitely hear from him directly~ Definitely a great experience~

The location was great and the building seemed old, but the interior was new and beautiful! There were many kinds of welcome drinks and charms, and I was happy to have a nice atmosphere! The meal was also called half buffet, and the main fish and meat dishes were warm to the plate and very delicious! The bath is never large, but the hot water and the scenery were wonderful and very satisfied! However, it was a pity that the towel before use had long hair entangled. .. Other than that, it was great!! Thank you very much!!

The location is relatively remote, see the main Japanese tourists, the room is spacious, but the decoration is old-fashioned , breakfast and dinner are average, the scenery near the hotel is beautiful, you can also see the sunrise, all staff service attitude is 10 points good, the overall price is affordable , you can not ask too much , It is also convenient to get to the nearby attractions, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the Teddy Bear Museum. 

Considering the price, this was an absolutely wonderful hotel! The room we stayed in had a private bathroom and toilet, and it was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The location is also very convenient, with a CoCo's restaurant, a large supermarket, and a drugstore nearby. It's also an easy base for accessing Nasu's museums and tourist attractions. The hotel features a charming and cozy common living area where we could enjoy tea and coffee. There's also a large parking lot that can accommodate many cars, and a lovely terrace where we could relax. Additionally, there's a hot spring bath available for guests to use within the hotel. The staff were all kind, and overall, it was a very comfortable stay. We were extremely satisfied. We would definitely love to stay here again when we visit Nasu next time!

Even if the ingredients are used up due to the buffet, they will not be refilled, and unless you tell them, they will not be added. By the way, it's not the content of the buffet that makes me want to eat more. The correspondence relationship at the front desk is good, but the correspondence relationship between the people at the dining place is not good. The swimming pool is crowded, but it feels good. There is also a dinosaur monument, so I think children can enjoy it. By the way, it is free for children under 12 to sleep together, but there is usually an extra charge.
