PPopo1593Korean hotels are generally quite compact. This time, I stayed near Myeongdong. This particular building houses two brands: ours and Moxy. If I stay in Myeongdong again, I might give Moxy a try next time. However, our hotel was also good, though I felt it was a bit on the expensive side.

XXianrenzhangchangmaoI checked in on the 14th floor using a self-service machine, which even allowed me to choose my own room. Toothbrushes and toothpaste cost 1,000 KRW per set, but the quality was terrible, so I recommend bringing your own or buying them from a convenience store. Check-out is at 12 PM, with a grace period until 12:30 PM; I suggest discussing this with the front desk if needed.
The location is super convenient for getting around; you can take the subway or bus anywhere. For Incheon Airport, there's an airport bus stop about a ten-minute walk away.
Downstairs, there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants. For Olive Young, I recommend checking out the one on the second basement floor of Doota Mall; it's spacious and has longer operating hours.
The twin beds can be pushed together, which is a nice touch. My only complaint is the old-fashioned bathtub with a showerhead – the water pressure was so strong it actually hurt a bit! 😣

DDishinizaitaotianyuancuijibaoThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, within walking distance to Myeongdong, Seoul Station, City Hall, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. There are also plenty of bus stops nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. Check-in is on the 11th floor, and the staff are super friendly, helpful, and very polite when answering all sorts of questions. The breakfast spread is rich, offering both Korean and Western options, and the fruits and vegetables are very fresh. When checking out, you can store your luggage in the self-service lockers on the 11th floor, which is very convenient. There's a CU convenience store right downstairs, making it easy to grab water. Oh, and you get two complimentary bottles of water upon check-in; any additional water after that needs to be purchased. If I had to pick something to improve, it would be that only one bedside table and the vanity have power outlets, while the other side of the bed lacks one, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seoul.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to Sinsa Subway Station, and if you stick to the main road, there's no steep hill like some photos online might suggest.
It's right next to Seoul Forest, and you can walk to Apgujeong in about 10-15 minutes. There's also a three-story Olive Young just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, which is super convenient! While the rooms aren't huge, the soundproofing is pretty good, and the shower water pressure is absolutely fantastic!
If you stay here, definitely make sure to check out the cafe on the top floor – the views are amazing. Overall, highly recommend. (Pics 1 & 2: Hotel rooftop cafe/bar. Pics 3 & 4: Views from the room)

GGuest UserI had to cancel 1 night and even though i submitted the request within the amendment period, it was conveyed to the hotel and by the time the hotel responded, it had past the deadline. I felt that I was caught in between trip.com and the hotel, the time taken to communicate the amendment was delayed because of the communication time between the 2.
When I arrived to stay the 1 night, the staff were so unaware of how to do service recovery - they know that I paid almost SGD1000 for 1 night, perhaps they could have upgraded the room or just provided breakfast. But no, they say they can’t change anything in that booking. Like seriously, you guys shouldn’t be in the service industry! I laughed when I saw that welcome message from the hotel GM in my tv screen.
Never again in this hotel. And trip is not blameless too. You should always set deadlines taking into account response time between hotel and trip.

GGuest UserThe room is incredibly spacious, easily accommodating two people on one bed. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, plus a large bathtub, and all toiletries are well-stocked.
The hotel is super close to Sookmyung Women's University Station, with no stairs to climb, making it very convenient if you have large luggage.
There are tons of food options around the university, whether you're dining alone, craving hotpot, or BBQ. Nearby, you'll find Olive Young and SPAO, perfect for tourists. There are also many photo booths and cafes. Basically, the area feels like a local residential neighborhood, allowing you to truly immerse yourself in everyday Korean life.
The hotel service is also excellent! They offer luggage storage, and when I asked for an extra blanket, it was brought up very quickly. They also do simple trash disposal and cleaning daily.
They also offer a three-hour driving tour of Seoul. I didn't have time to try it this trip, but if you're interested, you can inquire at the front desk.

MMisa93The location is good if you want peace, since it's close to Bukhansan National Park and not city centre. The room is very spacious, but the cleanliness was so-so. I found someone's hair on the bedside table, and the tiles in the bathroom weren't very clean. I guess it's what you get for the price. If you're a budget traveller, it's a good choice, if you want something more, look for other places. But the view was amazing.

PpmorrowNice location, it will take about 10 minutes from the metro station. Modern fashionable business location of the Gangnam? Sorry, it is not. Urban beauty of the Seoul is so-so. Cafes or restaurants aren't very close, but not so far. But the sport cafe with evening soccer translation is close and you will hear it all the might very well.
Facilities.. You will have no toothbrush and soap. Only single use shampoo and shower gel that weren't updated even every day. Towels also not refreshed every day. Multiple use sleepers.
Drinking water you may find in the hidden fridge. Electric kettle i have not use. I dont remember, maybe the tea bags where available. Even condoms where but i prefer a toothpaste with toothbrush.
Once i have asked to clean the room it was ignored. But on the third day was done. One time at my 4 night stay.
The best option i have met as EU standard USB 2A phone charger which helped me every night. As i have took chinese standard charger only, so stupid for me. Might be smarter next trip.
Hope my currency rate will grow again and the hotel costs with these weathers will not look so high. But last time i expected more.
