Miri Hotels with Free Parking.

Very pleasant stay just hotel didn’t provided free car parking for those who are not from Miri

Room 811, malfunction outdoor A/C unit, only have hot air. Around 9pm no more hot water supply, only have cool water, can't take a bath in the bathtub. Smell dusty carpet. Moved to room 713, everything is fine, just a broken TV screen, and this room only has a shower, no bathtub... Morning breakfast have white rice, mee goreng, chicken hot dog, meat roll, hard chicken kicap and red baked bean. Other row, orange juice, apple juice, warm water and cool water. Another row, croissant, muffin, white bread, golden bread, jam n coffee n tea. N the worst part is the iban female chef or kitchen helper who fry the egg, her dealing bad attitude toward all customer, when order egg, She always said Can u wait?! Don't order if you can't wait!!! Still have five more people order to cook!!! Then the customer ordered, she didn't take note of the order and give the queue number or place the plate in order. She worked in a chaotic state, due to no proper SOP and managing her order or pre making food in order. Need to audit her way to manage order. After I waited 25 min, I goto take my 2 pcs egg order, but she missing 1 pcs egg, when I ask politely can I have another egg order, then she get mad at me, scolding me I didn't order 2 pcs egg at first, but I said I had told her 2 pcs egg before, then she shut up. After I take the egg to my table, I hear she mumbles in Bahasa Iban said that Chinese Pig only knows... then smaller voice I don't know what she said. I turned and I saw no one beside her, definitely not talking to anyone... The whole breakfast time was good, but the staff had a bad attitude and ruined our mood to have a good experience... Suggestion: If the egg cooking station is too hard to manage, just put half boiled eggs and hard boiled egg at there, then make a big batch of scrambled or omelette and put it in a tray. The image of a professional chef preparing the fresh food, is failed by that bad attitude staff. Just save some money from hiring that staff and cook good food for customer.

This hotel has its own building. It's a great budget-friendly option with spacious rooms and pleasant interiors. The receptionist was welcoming, and a deposit was required upon check-in. The location is convenient, within walking distance of many food outlets. Canada Hill is right behind the hotel, and the view from the top is absolutely spectacular. The building also houses The Yard Café, and the menu looked delicious, although I didn't get the chance to try it this time. Maybe on my next visit! Overall, a comfortable stay and definitely worth the money. Thanks to the team for accommodating me!

The air condition is not working and not cold even after maintenance staff were to repair it so we changed rooms to a higher floor but the bathroom heater is sometimes hot and sometimes not. Overall our stay at the hotel is happy.

The unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves.

I have a bussiness event in Miri Mariott Resort & Spa. The view was perfectly serene. The hospitality was top notch, from the warm receptionist at check-in, to the friendly cafe baristas, and the always-helpful concierge team. The resort has 3 swimming pools in total. The breakfast was brilliant. A wide variety of foods, different types of fresh juices, and the menu changed slightly throughout my 2 days stay, which kept it interesting. We particularly loved the smell of the shower gel, its ingredients include aromatherapy essential oil which was very calming. The hot water in the washroom worked perfectly and consistently.

First of all, it's cheap for a family of 3 to stay there. Convenient location . But first impression we checked into the room is the smell from the toilet. It's very unpleasant. Secondly, there's still hair on the floor. So cleanliness is just average. Surprisingly, the bed and pillow is comfortable. We had good rest. The Aircond is cold too. Hot shower is okay. Need to know how to adjust. It gets too hot, then user has to keep adjusting it in one session. Well it's personal preference I guess. It's too hot for me. Maybe not for others. I had a nice stay here with my family. Booked family suite which is spacious and quiet with amazing view of Miri city. Breakfast was nice and tasted good. To highlight, the staffs were super helpful and kind to assist with our needs. The location is also strategic and convenient with good amenities. Otherwise, cleanliness could be improved as there are stains on the mattress, carpet and couch.

Check in time is after 3pm. we arrive after 3pm. the staff inform us tat we hav make booking last min (booking is make tru trip.com since October i remember) the room was not ready when we arrive that we hav to wait. tot we hav to wait. i Dunno how the staff check after tat hav room oledy. could hav offer us another room type if there is no room available instead of blaming yr guest about last min booking there is a smell in the room, we cannot figure out what it is. location is good. right next to pullman only. lot of parking available.

Our stay in Stirling Suites apartment was memorable for the wrong reasons. 1. The bathroom sink water refused to flow off, causing leaks onto the bathroom floor. 2. The bidet holder was not securely attached and continuously fell off. 3. The lights in both of the bathrooms and one of bedrooms tripped at night, creating safety and inconvenience. All Issues were reported to the front Office but Issues (1) & (2) went still unattended when we left after 3D2N. Stirling Suites’s features are nice, but it was not fully functional. Its basic maintenance needs to be addressed to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.
