Hotel, atendimento e restaurante TOP… só o tempo não ajudou!  Recomendo e voltarei, seguramente 😊

The hotel is located high in the town. You can see the hotel at the bottom of the mountain. The drive there is very easy, and as soon as you enter the door, you can see Santuário do Sagrado Coração de Jesus. The scenery is very good and refreshing! However, our friend who was traveling with us stayed in a room with a lot of mosquitoes. At first, the receptionist said it was normal and then offered to change rooms. Apart from this one, the other rooms are okay.

A qualidade do serviço foi realmente impecável, com todos sempre prontos para ajudar. A limpeza dos quartos e das áreas comuns estava impecável – tudo muito bem cuidado e organizado. Gostaria também de destacar a gentileza e a simpatia de todos os funcionários. Desde a receção até ao pessoal da limpeza e do café da manhã, todos foram extremamente educados, acolhedores e prestativos. Agradeço a toda a equipa pela boa estadia!
