Room condition was quite good, and easily get to snack bar or restaurant. However, the entertainment here is not enough. Especially, sauna & swimming pool. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool was too cold compared to outdoor. Additionally, sunlounger on the beach was too hot by the structure to make shadow. It seems to the r facilities blocked wind flow.

We had a lot of fun and got plenty of rest. We didn't want to leave. We were there during the holiday, but it never felt crowded. Everything was spotless: rooms, restrooms, dining areas, and bars. The evening shows were fantastic, especially the magician and the 'shine party.' My daughter loved the aquapark. Bircan Hanım's gözlemes (flatbreads) were delicious. The à la carte menu could use a slight change; the pizzas could be better. Also, hot items like pişi (fried dough) and fried eggs could be replenished as they run out. The morning cheese selection could be varied, but overall, there was always good food. We would definitely come back again. Thanks to everyone who contributed!

За свои деньги хороший отель. Номер нормальный, чисто, минибар пополняют. По запросу дали второе одеяло. У нас был вид на пустующий соседний участок, на юг, 4 этаж. Вид не самый лучший, внизу неэстетичные хозпомещения, но зато тихо, не слышно шум с трассы. Территория отеля зеленая, ухоженная, компактная, ходят милые животные. Красивая зеленая зона бассейна, прекрасный вид на горы. Бассейн очень чистый, большой, вода приятная, хлоркой не пахнет. Еда приличная, достаточно вкусная, изо дня в день не сильно меняется, но выбор всегда есть, была форель, баранина, дорада. Очень вкусная рыба в баре у пляжа. Алкоголь местный, коктейли мешают на глаз, поэтому качество плавает, но в целом некоторые коктейли я сочла вкусными, лучше, чем в других отелях. У главного ресторана есть приятная зона на улице под навесом для тех кто на отдыхе любит есть на открытых верандах (для меня это важно). Вечерняя анимация хорошая, кроме вечеров караоке и танца живота. Свет, звук, оформление - все прекрасно. Аниматоры приятные. Есть диско бар у пляжа с музыкой аля-Сочи. Слабым местом отеля считаю море и пляж. Пирс - громоздкий, бетонный, изогнутый, закрывает всю правую половину пляжа, блокирует горизонт и вид на морскую гладь. Это очень неудачная идея. Пирс был закрыт и в плачевном состоянии - бетон местами разрушался, ржавые опоры. Левая половина пляжа зажата между тем же пирсом и бетонными блоками канала. Во время нашего пребывания на пляже с левой стороны по вечерам и ночью работал трактор, подсыпая и разравнивая ковшом песок из огромной кучи, наваленной у канала. Такая получилась урбанистика - техника, бетон и следы от колес трактора, как в поле, и ноль вечерней романтики на пляже. Это необходимые работы, нам просто не повезло. Море - когда есть волна к берегу приносит измельченный бытовой мусор с яхт, пакеты, пену, в воде появляется взвесь. В штиль - нормальная чистая прозрачная вода. 2 дня из 5 мы не купались по причине грязного моря, я брезглива в этом плане, плавали в бассейне. Навесы на пляже дают нормальную тень, в общем все симпатично, с пляжа хороший вид на горы. Лежаков хватало. В общем, рекомендую, отличный вариант на несколько дней при условии разумной ценовой политики. Надеюсь, отель придумает что-нибудь с пирсом, отремонтирует/демонтирует его или украсит.

Компактный, стильный и очень гостеприимный отель. Радушное приветствие и работа персонала на высоте от официантов до высшего персонала. Вот прямо стараются от души. Питание отличное…. без засилия салатов ненужных как в обычных 5 звезд. Небольшой и отличный выбор блюд. Нет очередей, чистый/новый зал. Территория небольшая, но современная и ухоженная. В барах коктейли и вино, пиво в бутылках, но особо не пользовались. Пляж небольшой с пирса, лежаков достаточно и всё свежее. Отель для любителей компактности, отсутствия анимации и минимум детей. Шумно от соседних отелей, но можно попросить дальние номера. Безупречный персонал сглаживает все нюансы. Цена/качество очень соответствует.

We stayed with two friends for 5 days. The facilities and activities were adequate. The food was very good and the staff was very attentive. I can go again.

We liked the rest very much . Clean, service and animation at the top level. Work trip.com very fast and did not deliver problems . I definitely recommend it.

This hotel is really 'tired' and the rooms are run down. The photos on the website do not match reality. 1. The elevator is tiny and we always waited a long time. It was hard to squeeze in with a stroller, so I had to carry the stroller up and down to the second floor myself! 2. The restaurant is small, and the food is mediocre BUT FRESH, which is a plus. THERE IS NO KIDS' MENU! Even though 'children's meals' were advertised in the description. 3. The high chairs for kids were not cleaned after use. On the second day, the chair was just dirty (photo attached), so I had to clean it myself! 4. The coffee machine was dirty. The coffee and tea cups were dirty. 5. Everything in the rooms had a film on it – the shower, the shower cabin – it was disgusting to touch anything. Even the mirror was hung crookedly, which was the final straw! Upon check-in, there were someone else's black hairs in the closet and disposable slippers under the bed. The safe was broken and wouldn't lock. 6. The children's pool was ice cold. I had to bathe my one-year-old child in the adult pool! 7. When I ordered wine, they just gave it to me in an old plastic cup! The chairs in the hotel are plastic. Honestly, I cannot recommend this hotel. It barely scrapes by as a 3-star. My impressions are very mixed and sad. All that was good was the friendly and polite staff, the responsive entertainers, and the entertainment manager. The hotel is very small, boring, and run-down.

To begin with, I would like to say that it was a pleasant surprise for us that the hotel has a swimming pool) The pool is great, there are sun loungers and umbrellas. There are tables where you can do something. Many thanks to administrator Volkan for his kindness, positivity and friendliness. Overall the hotel staff is very good. The guys are always ready to help. If you need a knife or a plate, you can get it all from the staff without any problems. There is hot water (for tea, doshiki), unlimited tea and coffee. Breakfast costs 200 liras per person, but we didn’t take it, so I can’t say much about it (there were definitely dishes with chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, sausage, olives, hard-boiled eggs, jams, butter, bread - ala Turkish breakfast). When we arrived, we were given a room on the first floor - you could step over the balcony and find yourself on the street. The lock on the balcony door was broken and the door would not close. In the first hour, Volkan quickly fixed everything. The room is not that great. It’s dirty, there’s a hole in the floor instead of a shower/bath, which is why after taking a shower the entire floor is wet. There is no cleaning as such, but you can request it if you wish. They only give you one card per room, so you won’t be able to leave your condo. There are also no trash cans in the room. One small one is in the shower, but, of course, it’s not enough.

The food is delicious, with lots of fruit and sweets, a wide selection, and fish almost every day for dinner and lunch. Breakfasts are delicious and there's plenty of choice. Appetizers are beautifully presented. There are plenty of dumbbells in the gym, and there are good exercise machines for arms and legs. The room is cleaned daily. Turkish coffee and ice cream are available.

Otel konum olarak merkezde her yere yakın. Havuzu mevcut, kahvaltısı açık büfe. Personel güler yüzlü. Temizliği yeterli değil, otelde etkinlik veya olanak yok. Odada terlik yoktu, Şampuan mevcut fakat yanınızda kullandığınız şampuanı götürmeniz sizin faydanıza olacaktır.
