I left the hotel with mixed feelings. Positive: the territory is very nicely maintained. The scenery is beautiful, the pools are cleaned on a daily basis. The beach is also clean and pleasant. Lots of coolers with drinking water, many other drinks are included, so you never stay dehydrated. The idea with the animals is brilliant. Rabbits and birds walking around really make the place special. Negative: There are many reviews praising the food in this hotel. Initially I was also impressed with the variety and lots of salads. However, I soon found that it was very salty, spicy or very sour. And when I say ”very”, I really mean it. I stayed in the hotel for 11 nights and by the end of our stay I got a stomach ache and heartburn, although I had no digestive illness before. I suppose the hotel will say that they have a diet table. Yes, they do, but this is just 2-3 dishes very plain in taste. For someone who had no prior digestive problems It would be strange to avoid the general table. It would make sense to moderate spices and salt in most of the dishes, and I assure you they would still be flavourful. We were leaving the hotel at 11 am and therefore could not have our dinner. As the airport food is overpriced and unreliable, I asked at the reception if we could come for the late breakfast and take something with us. Not only the man at the reception refused, he also added: ”I think it is gross”. Normally I am not inclined to argue over every penny, but in this case I just can't stay silent. The voucher from the hotel clearly says that guests are entitled to breakfast and dinner on the day of the departure. Your guests are going to have a hard day in travel, they are leaving before dinner and are asking politely if they could have some takeaway and you say it's gross?That's as far from hospitality as it could be and really wiped out any wish to come back to this hotel ever again.

Great hotel, good everything!!! Starting from location, the most beautiful mountains, green, and the sea 😍 it's just beauty!!! The hotel itself is large, green. A huge clean territory, lots of locations, places for walking. Big beach, lots of cheeslons, find free-no problem at any time. Food is above all praise!!! Very tasty, very much, very diverse. Every day with a new theme. A whole day at different locations, my food. About alcohol I can say only for wine, as I drink only it. Very tasty local wine, not a headache, no spots, very pleasant taste. Entertainment for children and adults from morning to evening, everyone can find a shower entertainment. The pools, very many, big. Very clean, there is a small aquapark. We lived in rooms in the garden, they were with new repairs, very clean and quiet. The hotel liked absolutely ALL!!!

We stayed for two nights. There were four of us: me and my wife, our eldest daughter and grandson (3 years old). We liked everything very much, check-in via WhatsApp, cleanliness and order, a full set of dishes for both cooking, including the necessary pans and pots, and for eating. A small minus - only one roll of toilet paper, but it was enough for us 😅 . Another minus - there are only two bar stools at the dining table-island. The other two guests are forced to eat standing up. 🙂

Компактный, стильный и очень гостеприимный отель. Радушное приветствие и работа персонала на высоте от официантов до высшего персонала. Вот прямо стараются от души. Питание отличное…. без засилия салатов ненужных как в обычных 5 звезд. Небольшой и отличный выбор блюд. Нет очередей, чистый/новый зал. Территория небольшая, но современная и ухоженная. В барах коктейли и вино, пиво в бутылках, но особо не пользовались. Пляж небольшой с пирса, лежаков достаточно и всё свежее. Отель для любителей компактности, отсутствия анимации и минимум детей. Шумно от соседних отелей, но можно попросить дальние номера. Безупречный персонал сглаживает все нюансы. Цена/качество очень соответствует.

Especially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.

We liked the rest very much . Clean, service and animation at the top level. Work trip.com very fast and did not deliver problems . I definitely recommend it.

Hotel in the ancient Ottoman style ,very beautiful . Cosy , lots of greens, beautiful furniture in the area where breakfast is held. Breakfasts are diverse , delicious.The pool is large clean . The room is comfortable , large comfortable bed, One pluses. !!!! Staff smiling welcome , always come to help all will tell . Everyone speaks Russian, thank you very much!!!! WE WILL BE STAYING AT THE HOTEL FROM NOVEMBER 7TH TO 10TH, 2025. Pros: - Clean, spacious room. - Recently renovated, no mold in the bathroom. - Sauna and hammam available. - Location on the second line. The beach is across the street. - Food is monotonous, livable. - Private beach and toilet facilities on the beach. - Small swimming pool on the premises. Cons: - The room wasn't cleaned even once in 3 days. - Internet is paid, and this is a 4-star hotel. Free internet is available in 2-star hotels, but here it's paid and quite expensive. - Beach bar is paid. - Didn't see any entertainment. Apparently, there never was any. - Food is monotonous: eggs in the morning, cutlets and side dishes at lunch and in the evening, sometimes with fish or fried meat. - Only instant coffee from vending machines. There's no grain. - The sauna is a complete dump. The boards on the walls, ceiling, and shelves are black, and it's a maximum of 50 degrees inside. Complaints about the sauna being too cool go unheeded. The shelves are broken, there are holes in them—it's impossible to sit, and the lighting is faulty. I didn't use the hammam—it's a useless room. OVERALL, THE HOTEL IS NOT BAD. For a reasonable price (it cost me 5,000 rubles a night during my stay), it's a decent option, without any frills. It's definitely worth the money. I'd like to see the sauna and room cleaning service improved.

To begin with, I would like to say that it was a pleasant surprise for us that the hotel has a swimming pool) The pool is great, there are sun loungers and umbrellas. There are tables where you can do something. Many thanks to administrator Volkan for his kindness, positivity and friendliness. Overall the hotel staff is very good. The guys are always ready to help. If you need a knife or a plate, you can get it all from the staff without any problems. There is hot water (for tea, doshiki), unlimited tea and coffee. Breakfast costs 200 liras per person, but we didn’t take it, so I can’t say much about it (there were definitely dishes with chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, sausage, olives, hard-boiled eggs, jams, butter, bread - ala Turkish breakfast). When we arrived, we were given a room on the first floor - you could step over the balcony and find yourself on the street. The lock on the balcony door was broken and the door would not close. In the first hour, Volkan quickly fixed everything. The room is not that great. It’s dirty, there’s a hole in the floor instead of a shower/bath, which is why after taking a shower the entire floor is wet. There is no cleaning as such, but you can request it if you wish. They only give you one card per room, so you won’t be able to leave your condo. There are also no trash cans in the room. One small one is in the shower, but, of course, it’s not enough.
