The location of the hotel is quite good. You can see hot air balloons at 5:00 am on the first day. It's a pleasant surprise. The cave hotel is not so cold. It is very clean and tidy. It is worth experiencing. The location is very quiet and the room is large. The front desk staff is very considerate. They prepared a map and explained the travel route to us in detail. It is worth recommending. Parking at the door of the hotel is also very convenient.

The hotel was very well located near the central town of Goreme, within walking distance from many nice restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout the stay - helping with booking of services such as local tours, airport transfers and our hot air balloon ride which was cancelled initially due to bad weather, constantly checking if we are happy with everything, 24/7 availability via whatsapp. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic with a wide variety everyday. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here

Hands down, a five-star review! The biggest surprise of this trip was meeting such a thoughtful owner. Seriously, the best hotel owner in the world!!! We arrived in Cappadocia at 5 AM, and the temperature difference was significant. The owner, worried we'd be cold, let us check in a full 8 hours early. That was incredibly heartwarming and considerate!!! The owner was warm and polite, making conversations comfortable and easy. Any questions we had were answered meticulously. The room was spotlessly clean, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and all the amenities were well-stocked. From reception to check-in, the entire experience was fantastic, and the attention to detail truly won us over. Excellent value for money, absolutely smashed it!

We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Really loved the hotel's decor and ambiance; took tons of photos! The room was spacious, and it was super easy to get around. The front desk staff were great, very welcoming, and you could even chat with them on WeChat. We were early risers and headed to the restaurant before breakfast officially started, but the staff were very polite. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Chinese-style scrambled eggs. We stayed for two nights, and on our last day, we had an early flight, so we asked the hotel to pack breakfast for us. They thoughtfully prepared a burger, sandwich, fruit, and eggs – it was clear they put a lot of care into it.

A heavenly place with soul and stunning views ✨ We stayed at Divan Cave House in Göreme and didn't regret it for a second. It's a true fairytale amidst the stony streets of Cappadocia. The hotel captivates with its cozy terraces offering amazing views. It's like a postcard in front of you: hot air balloons, rocks, and valleys. A truly soulful place where you want to linger with a cup of tea. Special thanks to the staff. The guys are incredibly responsive. But the main gems of the hotel are the ladies – both at the front desk and in the restaurant 😍 Such a combination of beauty and humor is rare to find! It was easy and fun to chat with them; they radiated positivity from the first minute and created a homey atmosphere. Thank you for your smiles and jokes – you are the true stars of Divan Cave House! The rooms deserve a separate description. Everything is perfectly clean. The linen is fresh, the bathroom sparkles, yet the authentic charm is preserved. No dampness or dust, which is surprising for rooms carved into rocks. In short, if you want to experience Cappadocia with comfort and a smile, and not just 'sleep over' – this is the place for you. We will definitely be back! 🔥

A truly unique experience, a harmonious blend of host and guest! The hotel is located on the edge of Goreme town and is very quiet at night. To get there, walk to the roadside and then take a taxi (around 160-250 lira). The cave rooms are a local specialty, so they're inevitably dusty, but the cleanliness is excellent. They're not cleaned daily, and you can ask for missing supplies. The hotel breakfast is a set menu, perfect for enjoying the view. The owner recommended a nearby BBQ house for excellent value and excellent food! Highly recommended! After booking, you can ask the owner to help you book activities. I booked airport transfers, the Green Line, and a hot air balloon ride. The car picked me up at the door, and the prices were relatively reasonable. You could pay cash upon check-in, which was very worry-free. Because this B&B isn't a standard hotel, although the door lock and hot water were a bit tricky to adjust (the trick to opening the door is to push firmly, and the hot water is to start with a full cold water flow and then turn it to hot), the owner was very friendly and talkative. I had a wonderful three days in Kapa!

The only thing i would say about this establishment is: ACCOMODATING. Abdulrachman is very helpful during our stay in from room arrangement to book and plan our trip in Cappadocia. We had a really lovely stay at Aza Cave Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located in Cappadocia. The cave rooms are comfortable and unique, and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the views from the hotel especially in the morning were amazing. It was a calm and relaxing place to stay, and we would happily recommend Aza Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

One of the best travel experiences by staying at Ennar Cave Hotel. The cave setting was amazing and very comfortable. Excellent hospitality, and I can not emphasise enough how good the service was. Always available for a request or query, highly recommended for anyone wanting to plan a trip to Cappadocia.
