TTab0528Very clean I was especially shocked that they except pets could not tell at all no smell at all. The pool was nice and the place was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend

SShawniya03Very roomy accessible room on the first floor. Room was clean and had no lingering odors. Staff at check in and checkout were very warm and considerate. Guest room service attendant was very accommodating.

BBeasleyWe got to the hotel and we did not have any hot water in our room, so the hotel switched our room saying it was just a problem with the one room, when in fact the entire hotel did not have any hot water. So we all had to take showers in ice cold water. They did not offer us a refund where we could go and stay in another hotel either. It was pretty much sorry, but oh, well. The hotel was really nice and clean, but people go to a hotel for a place to sleep and shower when traveling. Paying a $169 and then having to take ice cold showers is completely unacceptable! And they fact that they knew they had a problem with their hot water and did nothing to attempt to remedy that until the next day after everyone checked out is even more unacceptable. The appropriate reaction would have been to refund our money so that we could find another hotel that offered hot water. It’s a miserable experience after you have had a really long day and you are dirty and just want a hot shower to then have to bathe in ice cold water. It wasn’t even lukewarm.
